lol you'd be better off with the k2vr discord. slow cpu will make it laggy af (I had a i3-4xxx for a while and it was barely usable) but a ryzen 5 3600 should be able to run everything perfectly. Kinect is jankier than trackers in general, I don't know if you've experienced vive trackers before

Anything that follows the rules is fine, just check over the ToS and you should be set. You can really go as crazy as you want, there are a lot of club worlds, party worlds or just flat out make your own for the community. -
How can I manage an event?
Barely if its more then a few people. The game cant handle more then a few people in each instance (the number of people gets higher when they use optimized stuff to an max of 40/80 as Zuvali said above. But its hard to get to that point without your PC dying unless you know what your doing. -
Can I spectate/moderate an event?
The instance owner can kick/warn people, but its best to just not invite people you know can be assholes as its not easy to use these tools depending how they are trolling.

You must obtain at least "New User" Trust Rank in our Trust and Safety system in order to upload content. You can get this by just spending a few hours in VRChat, hop some worlds, and make some friends. Give it some time and you'll be able to upload content in no time.
As an aside, you must have a VRChat account to upload content. That means you can't use a Steam account, Oculus account, or Viveport account to upload content like worlds or avatars.

It'd be impossible to have moderators in every instance of every world ingame - that said, I'd recommend making your safety settings more restrictive (disable particles and animations for everyone except friends) and use the particle system limiter in the config file

Crasher avatars can be completely stopped by safety settings (disabling particles and animations and shaders) and the particle system limiter - would def recommend checking out the documentation on the config file: https://docs.vrchat.com/docs/configuration-file#avatar-particle-system-limits

just disable shaders and animations in saftey and if you want to do the config for particle limiting do it

I did it but it annoys me that i can't get push notifications from any ping then. So will probably unmute every server again since it's just not a good solution for me.
Don't know why people are muting servers actually. I don't see any reason for it.
