Uploading your own avatar is the same process for everyone. The Quest has some limitations, as I mentioned to Jio NExuS. Other than that if you can run Unity on your computer you can upload your own avatar.

There are also plenty of videos about basic avatar creation. Just make sure you look for videos about avatar 3.0 creation, as the 2.0 SDK is deprecated (and also just inferior)

That could also play apart into it, I don't pay attention to everything that gets hit in each update. However it still remains to say, since this implementation it's about gauging how vrc will change due to it. It feels wrong is generally the main tell. That and your eyes feeling tired and strained pretty fast.

With the correct IPD you should be able to use VR for a good half hour and not feel anything off with your eyes.

There's tens of thousands of public avatars. If not well over 100k. It's best to go avatar hunting if you really want to find something. So many aren't accessible by normal means.

Things are more likely to be blurry if the IPD is set wrong. Also note that if you use a certain setting for a few minutes, changing it might feel weird.

Welp, I found out why I had such low FPS in every world. Turns out my windows 10 install had borked itself. Had to do a clean OS install all because I changed GPUs from AMD to NVIDIA.

did you just install the new driver or use propper cleanup tools

you absolutly want to use propper cleanup tools if you do brand switch

(doesn't hurt to do it for a normal upgrade either tho)
