I am not support staff, there are proper channels to get in touch with support staff. Opening a support ticket lets us have more info and catalog different issues that are currently happening, and generally organize a proper response to things in terms of prioritizing if one particular issue starts blowing up.

You can clean cache by deleting everything within C:\Users%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat apart from output_log.txt and config.json if you have them
If you use Quest, I think you need to delete the app and install it again

I noticed that the gestures on your vive controller are less animated now. they just snap the movement into place, it feels very weird and annoying.

I was using wmr yesterday, but for some reason, the right track pad kept locking in different modes. Like half the time it would do gestures, and half the time it would only turn you. The left one was working properly how the Vive track pad should be working.
I think it's a bug with the update

I was trying out a few different custom binds to try to fix another issue and then the same happened to me. The right trackpad would just turn and not do gestures (like you touch it and it turns, normally you have to press to turn)

Reviews also said the G2 tracking is still slightly behind rift s and can't track as close to the headset either.
And I really want to go with lighthouse tracking next time... It's just so good

It seems to be the base stations that are taking the longest to ship. For me the base stations are sold out and the complete kit has an 8 week wait. But the controllers and headset alone is just 2 weeks

On windows you can manually delete the cache by navigating to %appdata% locallow and then you'll see a vrchat folder and that folder can be completely removed. That is where all vrchat cache is stored. I do this daily and never had an issue. The folder can not be removed while the application is currently in use.

Yes, you can remove the entire vrchat folder. if your uncomfortable with that you can copy and paste that directory to your desktop temporarily. If you have an issue you can simply paste the folder and it's contents back in to %appdata% locallow

One common mistake with %AppData% is that it goes to Roaming automatically, so you need to go back a folder to actually find LocalLow.
