They are on NA, forgot if they are east or west coast
Also having slow or unstable internet wont be fixed with an VPN and having a high ping also wont be solved by it unless your ISP is routing your information bad.
But then you can also just reboot your router.

i5 alone is not that much helpfull. It could be a year old first gen i5 which would be way to slow, or a current gen one which is more then suitable.

You normally should not need to manually forward any ports in the router, but make sure they're not blocked.

The issue is, no matter how many security patches put in, those guys with modded clients will find another way to overcome it, it's a really difficult thing for the team, especially with the massive load of work they have atm.

Best advice, safety settings up so then you have less chance of somebody using a crasher avatar, that and if you see someone using a client, either report immediately so the team can deal with it or leave the session asap.

#

It's kind of like many games though, you run a risk of running into people who can cheat/hack or grab your IP

I've heard the vive lighthouses and controllers work with the Odyssey+ headset & full body, I would have gone for a vive on their own, however the original vive is discontinued and the vive pro in Australia has an astronomical price

@misty crypt if you block someone you can't see or hear them or their nameplate. They also can't see or hear you or your nameplate either

Does anyone know why my VRC Frames are capped to 60 in VR even though I got my Valve Index refresh rate set to 120hz, doesn't matter in what world I'm in or what avatar. Its always 60fps. Did someone have some similar problems and maybe knows a fix?

@odd blaze I tried that but no effect. Before i had Stable 120fps in empty worlds, now its 60fps in all worlds even in my test world with nothin but just a white plane.
