So, I debunked the URL thing a couple days ago. Not only is it obviously not possible, there's a lot of holes in the video as well.
The video was sent ahead of time. If you check when andersonsos alt-tabs to Chrome, you can see a Discord window with KITTY's DMs open. There, you can clearly see the video was sent in their DMs before recording started. Check the thumbnail of the URL KITTY "opened" for andersonsos. (Mentioned I know, but read the rest for more. This video is a mess and people believed it.)
When Chrome is opened by another application, it'll either open on top, or have a blinking icon in the taskbar. Neither of these are the case.
When you hear andersonsos's "wtf" reaction, there are 7 seconds in-between this, and when his screen is shown... but he's only 3 seconds into the video. That would mean 4 seconds of loading time, but the Discord stream was fairly good quality, so I'd say their Internet wouldn't have taken quite that long.
KITTY was talking in Discord, but had their mic audio muted in OBS. It would have been easy for them to instruct andersonsos to open the video while the stream was not visible
andersonsos was moving around a decent amount until right before the video was sent
KITTY was very slow in showing andersonsos's PoV. There was ample time for them to open the video they had been sent.
To everyone, don't believe rumors spread around by people with no proof. And if there is proof, such as in the URL case, thoroughly examine it first before believing it.

Personally I'm actually really liking new FBT calibration method overall. It's a little strange at first, not being able to see your feet, but is just a case of getting your head round the idea that you don't need to anymore. Due to the head always having perfect positioning now, you can reliably count on your feet always being in the same consistent position below you. Just stand straight and lock in. No lining things up and zero fuss. If your feet are slightly off, it's just a case of learning how to stand for that avatar, which become easy to perfect after a few calibrations.

If you're a SteamVR user, you can remap the controls entirely to your liking through the Controller Bindings menu. You could unbind it if you prefer, or bind it to a button you'll never use otherwise.

Even if you just leave the world with the stock lone directional light and default global ambient light, a world will look far better than many turn out, and will work with any shader.

In VRC, almost never. There are some worlds with proper light setups.
Somehow, there is a world where everything was badly drawn in MSPaint with better lighting than most worlds.

When I first got into VR-Chat, I was coming from a position of life long shyness and introversion. Was pretty nervous to try the game, and half imagined myself being one of the mutes I'd seen in videos, mostly observing and staying out of the spotlight. Didn't take too long however before it felt constraining, and I just had to either answer peoples questions or ask some of my own. Quickly started feeling plenty comfortable and at home around VRC.

The weird part was when people started complimenting my voice un-prompted, which is something that has never once happened IRL, and I'd never have remotely considered something I had. It still surprises me when the subject comes up, and I still don't much know how to respond to it. ^ ^;
