@coarse anchor not exactly sure this will fix your issue but i was getting lots of hard crashes only in vrc bc of too low cpu voltage. Tweaked up slightly in bios and system been very stable since even when vrc app locks up

It doesnt have an large studio to build an offline game. What is known to be easier to optimize and make 'perfect'

Please get a copy of your output log and send as in #moderation-reports . Then find another world or world instance and move on. Nothing can be done beyond that but you have a choice to visit a different plane in the vrchat metaverse and you might get some different experiences in the process. I just walked away to get some water, came back to my headset and the game was black, could still hear the world ambient audio, but no voices. Closed the game, restarted. Logged in, and loaded to my home world, after the load screen finished, the game tried to load me in, then the screen went black again and I got the vrchat "duhn" noise you get when your disconnected. could still hear the world ambient audio

I don't have the link but I'm pretty sure if your using your steam account in game open your menu and on the bottom right hand corner it should give u an option to merge your account unless they changed it never used it myself only shows up for steam account users.

The setting doesn't change in game when you change mics, so a full close and re-open is required

Assuming you have oculus touch controllers, opening up your quick menu and clicking the mute microphone button at the bottom left of it should do it.

People make a nice avatar... or put together a nice avatar in blender, with attention to detail and cool things... they then port it into unity, do all whatever custom animations in there to add more spice to the avatar...

how exactly would eyes cause more lag though? There's already bone deformation going on to move eyes around today, and they're not going to need full IK even with real eye tracking as there's only one joint to deal with
as I see it there's two main possibilities: 1) The current, fake eye tracking is driven on the PC of the person in the avatar, and sends the eye angles or target coordinates as part of the state update of the avatar. In this case there is no change to overhead on other users. 2) The current, fake eye tracking is computed independently on every viewer today. If so, there would be a slight increase in network overhead (order of 16 bytes per 33ms) to transmit target angles, but a reduction in CPU usage as the fake eye tracking doesn't need to run

Could be server errors. could be maps which did not comply with world or avatar performance requirements. We can just hope they come back
For example Miko Paradise I thought got approved with the new performance rules but it is not public right now
