Mixamo is pretty decent for simpler models, it just becomes confused with some others.
Common problems include the chin being weighted to the neck or the chest, capes and jackets being entirely off
Models with capes usually end up with insanely wide shoulders
And if you misplace the knees or elbows, that can cause weird results too

Async reprojection, a basic reason why VR headsets work without murdering people with motion sickness. As soon as the computer can't reasonably keep up with 90FPS, the rendering FPS is forced down to 45. Your headset is still displaying 90 FPS though, and interpolating frames in between.

It simply deletes the avatars/worlds you have pre-loaded for faster load times
