VRChat in general has changed dramatically since around late February. You could argue that it's because the ones who came for the Knuckles meme left as quickly as they'd arrived, but a large part of it is due to all this dumb mapcrashing stuff. The vast majority of people are hiding away in private worlds now. It's so dead.

Just do not relog the game as cyhann said and make a copy of the output log.
Then submit it towards moderation@vrchat.com and tell the time of when the person did it (Local time from your PC) and try to give as much information (Crasher, explain if it was someone with a bad material and ect)

That's a different shader; it's just set to draw in front of everything and just made enormous
This one just draws your avatar itself in the center of everyone's screen as long as you can see it from where you are

hallo everyone does someone know's how i can remove blurry effect from non-vr STEAM vrchat game. is there some configuration for vrchat so i can manualy remove blurred and little pixeled effect ?

If you hold down the SHIFT button when you launch the game, it will open a settings menu. Your game might look blurry because you have the wrong resolution.
There is also an option called "Graphics Quality" Which should be "VRHigh" I think.
