Those 4 random numbers/letters at the end of your name means that you are using a steam account.
To remove those, you need to register for a VRChat account at vrchat.net and log in using that one.

@ancient kayak Do try to not ping them unless it's an emergency that needs urgent attention. Have you tried clearing your cache and logging in again?

What you can do is just straight up port it into Unity and convert the Motion to a humanoid animation

Like, not even atlas it or reparent the bones. You're not gonna actually use it ingame, it doesn't even need its textures.

I did that for a custom walk cycle and it works great

Basically, you import the model with its baked animation. You probably have to rename the animation in Unity after importing it. Then configure the model as a Humanoid rig. This will also convert the animation to humanoid

Then you can expand the imported model, press CTRL+D on the animation to duplicate it as a reusable animation instead.

You need to rename the animation to something that doesn't use weird characters, otherwise Unity will silently error while duplicating, and not do anything

You might get some shoulder issues though, usually that's fixed by assigning a different bone in the shoulder slots
