There's other situations where it's a bit more difficult. I was told I had ADHD after self-believing autism for quite some time. I had then visited another therapist who said 'I'm not sure about the ADHD, You seem like you may be on the spectrum to me.'

I'm 'diagnosed' with ADHD and have been told by both the Psychiatrist who diagnosed my ADHD and the therapist who immediately flagged me as autistic that they definitely think I am, but they cannot perform the diagnosis themselves. Unfortunately for me, it's not possible due to finances to seek diagnosis as my insurance isn't taken by the local places who can diagnose adults.

I have Pure O OCD as well according to my psychiatrist, but OCD is diagnosed upon a level of severity. OCD traits just means you have a milder form of OCD patterns.

You could certainly ask. It's just a process of figuring out exactly what the mix of experiences you suffer from are, and sometimes you'll be professionally mislabelled along the way. They try their best to not do it (by underballing it most often) but sometimes they are confident when they shouldn't have been, or it appeared in a way that seemed right without you remembering to share a key diagnostic trait that you didn't know of before.

OCD for example many people suffer from forms of moral scrupulosity obsessive traits with mental compulsions such as internal debates and rumination. This often doesn't make it into the discussion with the therapist because it's considered "anxiety" by the person experiencing it.

best solution for such ISP issue is, try to see with Cloudflare WARP, if it works, yes, your ISP has issue with upstream provider.
