yeah I've been on forums that have working cheats for vanguard and easy anti-cheat also. I don't use cheats but I like to keep informed on what people are doing. There was a place I used to read that specifically deep dived into Unreal Engine to hack it. You learn some interesting things about the engine I find.

I would export the landscape as a heightmap and scale it in an external app then reimport it. There might be scaling methods in Unreal though, Im not sure I don't really do that kind of thing.

Sure, that's FF14, a much more complex game and an MMO. It feels like neigh everything is just client authority in DBD. These issues have been around for a long time now. So, I'm just curious what kind of stuff actually is possible if someone actually architects their game where the server really is the true version of the game and have a don't trust client attitude.
