Because right now if you contact discord they can't know if this actually you or a hacker that got into the account

If for example a hacker got your account token they could bypass all tje security and get to the same situation as you, locked in the account with nothing to do.

But if they sent the verification code to the email the hacker could use that against you

You are pretty much locked in to the account

That method isn't accepted by discord currently

There's nothing you can do, I understand it's frustrating.

And discord probably has an internal policy that doesn't allow them to manually change emails on accounts in this situation

Hello. I have Veretech for my rust server running in my discord. I have several channels in my discord for different purposes. I have a store for shopping with in game currency, a bank channel, a game channel for playing Veretech games. I’m trying to keep these channels exclusive to the commands for the purpose of the channel. For instance in store channel they use the command /buy, banking has its own commands, and gaming as well. Is there any way to limit the channels to just the commands for the channel? For example limit the only thing that can be typed in the shop channel as the /buy command. I have lots of players who keep using the other channels for chat and using commands not meant for that channel and want to limit them to only using the commands for the specific channel. That way I don’t have to keep repeatedly asking them to stop and deleting tons of messages everyday. Is this possible and if so how?

Irrespective of how many times your server got reported, Discord will only take action if your server actually breaks ToS. The fact that Discord took action implies that your server did break ToS. And, they don't have to show the proof

Opening multiple tickets for a single issue is going to delay your response time (Response can take weeks to months) so opening one ticket and waiting is the best option. Also the automated response means that someone has seen your ticket and will reply when they can.

He activated two-factor verification, so even though I have the login account, I can't change the password because I don't have the codes. I believe that colleague fell into the same conversation, and ended up losing the account too. Here are some screenshots of the attacker's conversation pretending to be me, trying to do the same thing with a friend. This account is important and has many logins, photos and files that I cannot lose. I recently learned that there is a possibility of recovery, so I'm doing everything I can to do so. It could be in any form, change password link, removal of two-factor verification so I can change my data and activate again, but now with a backup of the codes, a temporary password so I can log into the account and change the data, anything. My friends and I have been, and continue to be, harassed by a group of people who are extremely racist. They keep making new accounts with slurs in their usernames and adding us. I was even banned on my main account due to a false report, while they’re still active. On top of that, Discord’s feedback system is terrible there is not even an email address to contact directly.
