I wouldn't be surprised if the system tray serves as the root process of the application where the window and other stuff is attached to. That could explain why they don't want to remove it and prevent the user from manually removing it as it would break everything. This would also be something that could be rather complex and time consuming to rewrite.

I said it's an issue, and it is problematic, especially since there's no way to be able to check all the notes you've ever written/have saved. It makes it very difficult to delete notes you don't need or want anymore in order to be able to free up space

I think you misunderstood, I am not trying to block mention usage. I am trying to make moderation easy, let me explain:

We are a content creation help server, we have multiple pings:

• Thumbnail help
• Editing help
• General help
• Font help
• 3 more

People can opt for these roles through onboarding
People can ping these roles to get help regarding the same

But they end up double pinging, ghost pinging, etc.

then you would be able to add cooldowns I guess to those commands and the bot will check if the user is allowed to ping the role
