Except that isn't a random website. It's the website of the commision Discord has to legally disclose that information to. Whatever is on that website should match Discord's self published report, though obviously Discord presents it in a more reader friendly way without all the niche details. The other screenshot of the lookup however is def not official, looks like someone made a website to make browsing the data easier.
