• Check the Audit Log. Seeing how the claims made by the 'hacker' make absolutely no sense, this is likely nothing more than someone giving them permissions to manage the server and add bots. A server can't get hacked due how Discord works in general, the closest to hacking a server is compromising the account of the owner or having someone give you permissions.
• Remove any webhooks, bots and other app authorizations you don't recognize.

I recently had this account hacked and compromised, alongside the email attached to it. Thankfully within a day Discord Support helped me get the account back.

however recently I noticed my account is still sending the scam message to people and the hacker recently contacted me through another account and tried extorting me for money and threatening me, I obviously just ignored him, changed passwords again and ran a virus scan.

Everything seemed good, until just an hour earlier my alt account which I used when this one was compromised also got hacked, and he started sending messages with that account, including more threats (Although I know they’re likely just empty threats). Checking devices showed that the device I was on said it’s logged in on Turkey.

Changing passwords again seemed to have logged him out, but I’m afraid he might still have some access to my account. Could anyone help and let me know what steps I should take to make sure I’n rid of this guy for good? From what I know, it’s not an active virus/malware on my pc, although I’m not exactly tech savvy and don’t know how to properly check for that. And both my emails seem to be secure now.

Your friend is hacked probably. You're being mad for no reason. — Discord doesn't just blindly approve reports, so nobody can report your account on accident and even if it happens, Discord would notify you from your account standing, not them. And the account you've contacted is fake, a scammer. Discord doesn't offer live support.

Discord support will NEVER contact you through Discord and if they do it’s not a normal account, it’s « Discord » with an official badge (similar to the bots you can find) and you can’t even reply!
