So my AMD system started running about 20c hotter than usual a few weeks ago. My AIO cooler is 7yrs old and apparently dissipation on closed loop systems is a thing and 5-7yrs is the fairly common timeline for it to become a problem. Anyway, I spent about $300 this weekend and spent 6 hours rebuilding my rig only to find out a BIOS update I did a few weeks ago wiped out my PCO/OC/Undervolt settings and my saved profiles, so the system was running stock settings and that's why it was super hot lol.

So if you care about getting a good deal, I think Deep clack flux/Pink Lotus are great bets. I’ve tried DCF, but not Lotus, but my current preference is ocean hearts in FR4/aluminum plate. Cullian is also good, but needs a stiffer plate to bring the sound out like ocean hearts
Stability will be roughly =, so depends on how much you’re willing to spend
All of those options are going to mog tikkens, raws and the rest non walled stems

TL;DR I think you have a PC plate by default in your 60HE+, FR4 will be stiffer and give you a fuller bodied sound, while remaining somewhat neutral. Aluminum id use if you have a brighter switch (sounds dead with deeper switches)
