The Flux went into the FR4 plate on the 60 v2 a lot easier than the Tikken did. I wrecked a bunch of my Tikken pulling them out of my 60 v2. I guess it's a good thing I've bought a few sets of 90.

Well I guess wrecked is a loose term. The top tab near the light diffuser ripped off. They'd still be usable, but I tossed them.

The way this works is, the switches are just a little box, you make this little box sit into a little slot, however there is no direct contact with the PCB, other than the little box sitting in the slot.
As you press your switches, the magnet goes down on the Z axis, closing distance to a so called Hall Sensor that is directly below it on the PCB itself, once the switch with the magnet gets into the "sphere" of the Hall Sensor, actuation happens.
(thats the best i can do for plain explanation without being an engineer)

Ironically a lot of Germans say DPD is bad there, but it originated in Germany.

It's important to understand that DHL in Europe functions in a way where packages that originate from Germany are handled by them (since it's the PO there), but it gets handed over to your local Postal service once in your country.
As far as i know they no longer do courier services with their own trucks for the standard delivery.
The exception is DHL Express which is a distinct branch that does delivery to you directly with their own vehicles and personnel.
Now not sure if it's any different in the US for example.

If you bought the prebuilt keyboard it came with a switch puller. One side is labelled switch. You hook the ends around the top and bottom of the switch, squeeze and pull straight up.

Where the switch meets the plate, you can feel little hook points.

You generally have to use a bit of pressure to get them to come out. It feels a lot more difficult using a manual switch puller than buying a more expensive mechanical one where you can get more leverage. Just don't get rid of the free one.

This amount was fine as it is, maybe slightly too much but just fine, you couldve just spread the polyfill fill more evenly and it wouldve cover everything, you didnt need to add anymore at all. Another thing is that the amount in the second pic would force you to compress it all together within the pcb which isn't good. Any fyi the more foam you pack (even polyfill) the less space sound would travel through it causing the wavelengths to be rejected rather than slow down. In simple terms, less amount with dense foam will allow more "thock" and packing with more foam will give a subtle clack.

Anywhere from 1-3 you will notice an audible difference, anything after 3 youre correct. I would remove the extra 2 because that increases thickness so you'll most likely compress any foam that are thick

Big knob is progressing quite well. We’re just working on final production testing flows. It’s a completely new design, so we want to make sure we have rigorous testing in place to catch any mechanical / signal issues. We need to make sure every knob feels and functions right out of the factory.

Small knob is still tweaking feel and signal. The smaller construction makes it much more difficult to get that right. I expect it to follow a few months after the big knob.

When it comes to timeline we don’t know for sure. I expect we’ll share when we’re close to being able to ship. That means full mass production + shipping to warehouse is done. So expect lack of news and then a whole lot.

I wish we could share more details every step of the way. We just know there a lot of eyes on us so we need to be careful with new products.

I heard some people like the ttc horse compared to the flip? Or it could be the other way cause of sound preference, I’m actually stuck between three switches. The ttc flip, horse and keytok nova

I just need one to buy an actually batch to use for a while the the two others I can probably buy a few to test and see before buying them

I haven't tried Nova, but tried the other two and preferred Horses

They sound and feel better and are more stable

Don't know much about the Flips, if you search in this channel, there were 1-2 guys early adopting it, i think they liked it.
I have a set of Nova right now in the 80HE and i have tried horses aswell.
Personally i prefer the stability of Novas and the quieter sound aswell as the brighter RGB, but the Horses are quite unique aswell.

Not sure tbh, i got it off TaoBao and a private seller for a good price, i only have link for the 10 piece pack, but it looks like it's back to 200 CNY per 10, so you would spend alot on these.
For the Horses, they are on AliExpress, TaoBao and TTC website, but they are just ask expensive everywhere
