cf is probably the loudest, you can hear the top out of the switch much more compare to fr4 but in my experience also sound a bit messy

i think cf works better for 80he, i think the gasket thingy kinda balance things out

the keys on the edge may still sound kinda like silicone pad but the alphas(the letters) would (hopefully) sound foam less.

@kind helm @tawdry tree In case you remember my problem with the Lekker Edition and the TX AP V4 stabs... I finally had an evening to test it out and I found the issue.
I put stabs on other keys and they worked. I tested the 60he space bar and that worked. So I checked the spacebar again and realized it had a very slight warp to it. So I put it in boiling water and fixed that. But that made it worse! So I tried bending the mounts where the stabs into the spacebar in the opposite direction and that did the job. Seems like a slight warp/bend of the bar and/or the mounts has a drastic effect on TX AP stabs. The original stabs of the Wooting Lekker Edition didnt care.
Oh well, learned something.

what led to it happening was I left them out overnight all the time (probably shouldn't), and I also ran over the left earbud (coincidentally the one that eventually stopped working), so I think a combination of dust and the grate got loose too when I tried to clean off the wax

the techdefender is what helps slow the moisture from building up on the iem

other thing is when it happens. disconnect them and wipe the moisture off and then let em air dry for 30-45 mins and the sound will come back
