yeah raw he is kind of a hybrid design in that they aren't fully open or closed, but rather the stem hits the plastic bottom similar to jades but there is a smaller hole cut out in the middle where the magnet is

so when it fully presses down it's 'closed'

Hey guys, newbie question, so my standard 60he plate was bent because i tried to remove it from the original because i stripped the screw on the right corner of the board, had to yank the board from original case to get it out with a screw driver , hence the plate got bent by it, the keyboard is still working, just ain’t sure if i cause damage and dont know how to check if it still performs as expected, can still play valorant with it tho, also question. Will my keyboard work as normal if i buy the iso pc plate from wooting? Since idk if this plate is still fixable i was thinking of buying a new plate for normal 60he iso but they dont sell it from wooting. So im going to buy the 60he+ iso pc iso plate from them. Laten's come in cheap dirt Mag boards. People might've found out they 'sound similar' and claimed they are "recolored Sticky Rices" but they share zero physical correlations. Different top housing, different bottom housing, no light guide, stem (yes box) but literally different stems along with an entirely different mounting style lol.

That's what I've experienced and fact. Not what I just heard somewhere. So no, there's no closed bottom Sticky Rices. That's like saying a Fiero with a lambo body kit makes it a Lambo.

I do not have the brass plate but used some of the foam from the original case to fill the void (where the brass plate would go). Any advice on how to remove the metallic pinging sound?

Lubing them is fine actually, i'd say use a really thin coat of 205g0 (less is more duh) so it doesn't dampen the sound

I had some inconsistency on the top out when i unlubed the top housing like a few weeks ago so i decided to lube the whoel damn thing
