The 60HE is tray mount. Gasket cases won't work at all unless you make your own switch plate.

Here I disabled the minimal amount of gate on my mic and as I bring the keyboard super close to the mic you can hear it increase.

i've had my wooting for a little bit now but finally got my FB60 soooo.. case swap w/ silicone dampener/top part stock foam, lubed stem legs lightly w/ 205g0, springs bag lubed in GPL105, stripped stabs of stock grease and relubed with xht-bdz, added stab pads, then tape mod and finally burger mounted. feels really nice and i think it's sound has improved significantly. not sure what caps will end up on this, likely ePBT or maybe GMK if nightshade ever delivers.

I almost had a heart attack. I came across a post concerning hall effect AFTER i put down all the pads. Since it was already done i went ahead to complete the rest of my mods and just hoped for the best. I used woot-verlay to test each individual key’s accuracy for 0-100% keypress and i don’t see any issues with any of the keys (thank god)

Hmm I think it released somewhere around 2021, I paid $150 for the case + incompatible plate about two months ago. I don't see any polycarbonate versions being sold in the mechmarket subreddit at the moment, but there are pom versions (also a plastic but not transparent, slightly different sound)

The pads work well and do not hinder with the mechanics nor the accuracy of the magnets. It is worth the money knowing i got it for about $3-4USD for a named pad(believing in the consistency of their products). The real question would be if it was worth the time. The only 2 set of mods i went through was first the burger mount and lubed switches, followed by the pads and tape mod next. It definitely became thockier to my liking. But as for how much the pads contributed to this change vs. the tape mod i can’t tell 😅
