makes it so that they don't have to make one giant chip but rather only have to make 2 smaller ones (which is better for manufacturing yeilds) and then stick them together with thermocompression copper hybrid bonding. and for non X3D cpus they just skip this entirely, so it saves the headache of having to make an extra SKU too.

If you architect something in a way and it works it’s good, it doesn’t mean it’s bad because it wouldn’t work with a vcache chiplet, it just means you need to change that if you want to increase cache and see a gain from it

You don’t need to optimize latency in a design that doesn’t benefit from it so you can just increase latency and gain whatever other benefit you get

Can anyone suggest how to best configure it for optimal responsiveness? I'm not familiar with these keyboards at all, and Wooting is a bit of a mystery. I mean win11 has ups and downs like every windows version, but as always you can change almost all the things that bother you, you can change how stuff looks, hotkeys etc. it might be more annoying seting up update blocks or not but its not like you're getting something abysmall forced on you that you cant change

The Bosch uses a switch at the top, and runs when you press on the end. So when doing a lot of screws it's easy peasy. Set to loosen, and then press it onto each screw to quickly remove them.

It's only weakness is that the battery isn't swappable, and needs the the older and increasingly harder to get micro USB to charge. The newer models use USB-C, but we bought these before those ones poped up
