They are heavy.. I sometimes micro adjust my keyboard between being fragged or rounds, and when those silicone feet are clean of dust, and the desk is clean of dust, it's insanely hard to move, lol..

In regards to what metric? They both have their ups and downs. At the moment Wooting is working on a durable Black Zinc coating.. last i heard if you buy a current Black Zinc you only will receive the updated Black paint mix if the one you buy looses it's coating.. The White has finalized it's paint mix and is listed as V2 in the store.

For gaming I'd go with the Zinc just for peace of mind of it being firmly planted on my desk, otherwise it's friggin heavy if you're doing a lot of roadie type gigs with it (taking it from place to place)

I take the keycaps off and soak them in warm soapy water, wipe down the case with a microfiber cloth, and use qtips to get all the dust off the plate and switches

I don't usually go this deep. I just pop the keycaps off and run wetted q-tips through the spaces between the switches.

Gentle long hair brush and vacuum for easy little dusting. If actual cleaning then same than a lot do. Keycaps off and qtips or similar and damp cloth on case. I don't find need to remove everything as I have not seen dust and hair to exactly get under my plate and all in any notable amount. Mainly focus on the top side and keycaps.

Got the Jade Pros switches yesterday. And coming from the Lekker v2's I was surprised by how much of a difference there is. The Jades are quite a bit smoother and better sounding!

there's a small adjustment as your hand gets used to not actually having to bottom the switch out all the way to actuate, and you'll start using less force when you get to that point

I still bottom out keys but when I need to speed up I kind of dont

also enable continuous rapid trigger if you haven't already, that helps too

Their plates are good, many people use them to achieve different sound profile. I don't recommend using their IXPE foam sheet that goes on top of the PCB because it affects the accuracy of the keyboard

ive had my wooting for over two weeks now and week one was ROUGH, i almost went back to my old keyboard because my acc was dropping so rapidly (im a consistent 95-98 acc and my acc with the wooting was 80 something), im used to bottoming out my presses cause i play standart jumps, so i just switched both of my settings almost to the lowest possible option and now im back to hitting consistent 98 acc

It mostly comes down to figuring out which ports are tied directly to the CPU, and which are on the Motherboard. On paper putting high power/bandwidth/latency devices such as gaming mice/keyboards would be ideal on the CPU ports, regardless of the version and colour of the port.

Some USB controllers can have issues with higher polling rates. Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port, preferably one farther away from the current one. Then restart the PC and see if the issue persists
