feedback time:
-it's not actually 80%, i have to make an END mod top key just to account for that
-there's a lot of wasted space here. between the arrow keys and the PG UP PG down area is a lot of empty space. this could have been filled with...an end key...
-if it was actually an 80%, that emtpy space could have been filled with just 3 more media keys or something that could THEN be turned in a symetrical mod top Numpad
-no volume knob. sure i could re-assign some keys but i think you could have made a tiny one fit somewhere (like in all that empty space between the arrow keys and page row) (or a tiny one at the top bevel area above the pause key)
-space bar is louder than the rest of the caps and for $300 that bothers me.
-honestly i wish i didn't have to buy metal to get a matching white for my caps. it's heavy

It is pretty much that easy, the Geon raw HEs are quite loud and high pitched so I'm not sure buying them will achieve the sound you're wanting

The Lekker Tikkens might be more your style they are a deeper sounding switch that's coming out from Wooting shortly

hey i have these retro dark lights, they kinda suck!

alot of them have holes them from their moulding that shines light through really ugly, and they go smooth incredibly quick

yes i hafe the wristres but i think a wodden one wich fits is better the silicon got spotting where i sweat wich is not rinseable and it got a bend in the middle of the keyboard wich annoys the hell out of me eventhough its small

True - Though I'd still recommend a good soak with a bit of soap. Water alone won't necessarily cleanse the keycaps in a washer.

3 steps and its all good
1, choos a programm wich doesent DRY (bvending warping ) and is low temperature
2. choos a pulver detergent without tohose aggresiv 3 in 1 solutions and specialy no bleach
3. use the cutlery basket and keep space and long keys for handwash (bending risk is higher)

the risk lies not in the usage but in human error

Advantages

• sound more Dampend of the keyboard i prever it like that in fact i hafe 2 mousepads on top of each other
• you can press the mpouse inside the material for stopping power mostly you do this intuitiv with a lightweighted mouse
• i prever having my arms touching cloth and not wearing sleves

Disadvantages

• it gets more dirty more cloth to clean
• not as mobile

i think it looks cleaner givs a better pace and you hafe way more arrea to move the mouse thats why i go for it and specaly the XXXL variants are great

I just wanted to make a point: you should not ruin the gaming side of a keyboard with decorative keycaps.

Honestly, I mainly use my Wooting 70% for non-gaming tasks, but I’m a bit obsessive — I run it with 0.3 mm actuation distance and 70 g springs.
The result? I no longer miss letters like I used to before switching to the Wooting.

Of course, most Hall Effect (HE) keyboards could achieve similar performance, but since I also game, I appreciate Wooting’s software and overall build quality.

uh i just downloaded the new software of wooting on my 80HE, and keyboard worked fine. i then decided to download windows update and my keyboard is like spamming the 'q' button, and when i type numbers, different numbers come up, when i type the letter 'J' a 'J' appears, but also comes with spaced letters, some letters dont even work. im now typing on a ducky mini with the wooting cable attached to it, so its definetly the keyboard not the cable

I think it's starting to wear as recently the keycap will just sometimes pop off when I press it down hard, nothing seems off when looking at the bottom of the keycap but im not an expert so idk. Anything I can do to fix or do I need a new set?

Could be a cracked stem on the keycap. Look for signs of a hairline fracture vertically along the inside of the stem.

Can swap the switch to a new one, to rule that out.

I don’t like reviews or tests of products that aren’t actually available — especially because mass-production quality often differs from the first batch or pre-production units.
I also don’t trust manufacturer-supplied lists or early “preview” tests.
That being said, I really hope they sound great; and even though they don’t use a cboxed design for less wobble, they’re certainly interesting.

There isn’t a big difference between Raw and Owlab Ti, but there’s a significant difference in stability between Raw and Wuque Flux.

RAWs were replaced as top stability switch back in February of this year when TTC POM launched. Now there’s been so many switches that released that there’s infinite possibilities.

The switches that would give you the most improved feel over RAWs would be probably TTC POM/Deep Clack Flux (same price as POM on Aliexpress) or the raptor V2s (can develop spring crunch YMMV) @night jewel

Yeah, but TTC POM sacrifices sound and feel for stability, whereas the Flux remains very smooth and clean sounding with minimal stem wobble.

Hello guys, I got my 80HE with lekker l60 switches one week ago, and, since I play only game where I use arrows, R+L, I noticed the change in sound.. It's not so smooth anymore, I don't like it tbh.. So I wanted to swith to L45 to see the difference, but I only got 1 switch hahah, I read it's normal, but it's really unlogical to me ffs, they could give at least two to try.. but anyways, does someone recomend some "smoother" switches to buy ?
Also I saw you guys are ordering on AliExpress, is that really a good quality?

Yeah, seems legit but they don't sound clean at all, because of the split stem design and they are very expensive. Check Wuque Flux "Deep Clacky" on AliExpress instead.

I have WASD set for Gamepad, and in the Wooting app I can see it correctly functioning with % as I depress the key further and further

Currently the keyboard has no way of talking to the PC to make this happen as everything happens on the firmware stored on the keyboard, however a background service is being worked on which could make something like that possible

You may be able to set it up with some third party apps now though

wootility desktop lets you enable chroma connect, which can let wooting devices get the colors from this razer chroma integration. It's pretty limited by razer though, so you don't get the full integration sadly

there are community apps that will let you get the full integration if you know where to look.

But yeah, most games do it for one brand only, which kind of sucks

I think unbinding WASD kinda worked. Some really weird behavior when lightly pressing the keys...character moves for a couple frames, stops, and then starts moving again.
I made a custom curve that seems to make it much better. Adjusted the 2nd point until it improved

I acquired a batch of Wooting 60HE+ keyboards from an internet café. When I took them apart, I noticed their PCBs came from several different batches, including 2024.04, 2025.02, and 2025.04, with the 2025.04 batch being the most numerous. The Hall Effect sensors on the 2025.04 batch are marked 'LQ404,' while the older models have marks like 'LP403' and 'LP405.' I would like to know if there is any performance difference, as they were all bought back at the same price.

One year ago I swapped the LS45 springs for 70 g—best decision I’ve made. After a year I bottom out far less, and the keys aren’t tiring; if anything, the opposite. I use the full travel better, and the board feels lighter. That’s why I’m now considering 80 g. With HE switches, stepping up in spring weight feels like the logical move.

What's wrong with your stock stabilizers? Also those are plate-mount stabs, not screw-in.

Yeah, lubed/tuned stock stabs are good, but if you still want some aftermarket stab recommendations, take a look at Swagkeys Knight V4 and Typeplus x YIKB screw-in stabilizers.
