My 80he just came today im soooooo happy wtf. And I love it, but for some reason I cant change my RGB bc of some third party software. I have signal RGB but I deactiveted my wooting there and uninstalled the program but still aint working. I looked at Wallpaper engine and did some settings there but still not working.

3. Make sure you're using a supported browser, and that you can connect to the board in Wootility (green dot in top left)

According to a reddit response I made two years ago, Wallpaper Engine doesn't support it directly. You'd need to tap into OpenRGB as an in-between.

Also keep in mind that animations will disable any benefits that Tachyon mode would normally provide.

It's just that a lot of people don't know what polling means

You can poll at 8khz and have the keyboard only update its value 100 times a second and get what is almost the same as having 100hz polling (this is a hypothetical scenario with a horrible keyboard)

True 8k means that both polling and the keyboard scanning both run at 8khz or above

Good question, heard good things about all cases. I know if you go with the Zinc version, they will take care of it if there is paint peeling, as for the others they are coated or anodized aluminum afaik. Holy80 is top mount while GT80 is gasket mounted I believe, I suggest looking at reviews. if you go for the GT80 or Holy80, please make sure to get a daughterboard!

I think if you're looking for a high quality case then the zinc alloy's a great option, but in that case you should look at other options too

I have the ABS and I love it but I'm considering upgrading in the future to a more premium case even though I do like the ghost case it's awesome

I know some people prefer the ABS case but for me I went with it because it was cheaper and I want a different case in the future

Hello, last week my 80HE's LEDs have stopped working. I had to reflash my firmware to get it up again. Today, the same thing happened, and seems I will have to do a reflash again. I want to use the Strg button on Fortnite but it doesnt work because I think there is a action for something else for the wooting keyboard mapped. How can I change it that the button is free that I can use it on Fortnite. Anyone can help? 🙂

And yes - Changing those two keycaps does fix your issue. As you're pressing the wrong button thinking it's STRG, when you are in fact pressing FN.

Try pressing FN now and see what happens.

Because I'm not able to do it, I set the Caps Lock key to change color when activated, but it only changes color when I press the keyboard. When I press the G5 key on the mouse, Caps Lock becomes active, but the color of the key on the keyboard does not change.

I changed it now. Bit it doesnt effect because now I need the Fn button to remap. For easy understanding, I am left handed so i need the fn button now in fortnite for actions. so changing cap doenst matter. I must remap the function to a other button. You know what I mean? 🙂

80he got lekker v2, and 60hev2 got lekker tikken. Both are still 4mm switch but the latter is improved to a new standard but having different sound.

if you want tkl, go for 80he, if you want 60% go for 60hev2. IMO, it doesn't really matter which you go for, both already pretty good.
