Grabbing the PCR case for 10 bucks with the module is a GREAT deal. You get daughterboard, JST cable and a 2m high quality USB cable. And you have a spare case, if you ever need to send in a more expensive case for warranty.

And it's definitely preference

Though of those three you mentioned, Owlab is a newer switch that has fixed some of the issues of Raws and Jade Pros. Can't really recommend those over Tis.

It’s been my favorite wrist wrest. Comfortable enough, doesn’t need to be cleaned often, easy to clean, and you’ll probably only need to replace it if you want a different color or size

Unless you want an artisan wrist wrest, which is an entirely different can of worms. I think the wooting wrist wrest is a strong contender for perfection IMO

Spacebar foam is a thing that exists. It’s like the foam they put inside keyboards (basic closed cell foam) with cutouts for the switches. Some will have adhesive and others are just held in with the fit.
Been years since I used it. But it worked well enough. Could probably do a similar thing with some foam tape or packing foam and an exacto knife

Yeah, I was able to remove them without damaging them, but I wouldn't recommend them either. I got them for about $1 per switch from someone who was selling them because his keyboard had issues with the strong magnets Venom80HE. the only pros for me is sound, less wobble and feel when typing.

yep, as long as they have an mx stem you should be good to go

pretty much all switches come pre-lubed, there's not much difference in terms of gaming performance of the switches they all perform around the same. Difference is in sound and feel of each switch

That’s weird. LEDs traditionally are not supposed to give off heat. The power supply is in the middle of the keyboard though isn’t it? It’s likely that moreso than any lighting

Hello. I have the Wooting 80HE and have install Gateron Jade Pro. Problem is Despite a reset, the board still detects a 4.0mm trigger travel, even though the Jade Pro has a 3.5mm travel. Is there any other way to teach the 80 HE?

yes we announced knobs and shown them at computex. backwards compatible with all arm devices we have and placeable freely on the board

obviously means you give up a key or 4 depending on the knob size
