also i personally would agree that given the current state of gaming (with HE and keyboards capable of mixed input having just hit mainstream basically) our controller stuff is quite niche and more of a gimmick.

I do however also believe (and thats why i started working for wooting) that the incredible software support for even products that arent produced anymore, polish in software and firmware as well as how transparent we try to be with everyone is all good upsides.
Build quality is something we want to keep very high while also delivering quite enjoyable experiences.

We even trust our products so much we give every 60he,80he and uwu owner a 4year warranty on the product except LEDs (those are 2 years).

i still hope to see the industry moving to mixed input being more and more natively supported just how we helped push analog sensing into mainstream

somewhat depends on the issue. sometimes we send the replacement part before you send the replaced part back. sometimes its a send it back, wait a few days/couple of weeks (sadly but things have to be inspected once received) then get the complete replaced product back

for example if only 1 key stops working fully because of a pcb defect it can likely happen you get sent a replacement module (for 60he/80he that is) and then send back the broken one after you replaced it

And it's probably also light, so you can move it around weirdly on the table.

Jades have a travel distance of 3.5mm I believe. Lekkers have 4.0mm. That's just the difference besides the sound. Performance wise its pretty much similar.

The main issue i am facing is like the keyboard keeps disconnecting and makes a bluetooth sound sometimes once every 10 minutes or twice in a second. It seems to only happen when I am in game and not when I am out of game its wierd

I'm not really concerned with ANY of that. I am merely pointing out that the JST cable only goes in one way. If you somehow force it in upside down, you'll fry the board.

If the cable is pushed in fully - on both ends, then it is unlikely to be a JST cable issue. That's all one can conclude there.

You can make a thread in #1019755933959733258 and see if someone can help troubleshoot the issue, and/or reach out to support.

Hi guys, just received my wooting 80HE (very pleased with it), problem is use a KVM to use the same kb on my work PC (link below) and if i plug the cable through it, it is not recognized on Wootility.

1. Is it a problem if (once the keyboard as been setup once from wootility web app and saved on the keyboard) i plug it through my KVM and use even even though it's not "recognized" through the app ?

• in short are the settings loaded on the board directly so i don't care the profile can be used anyway ?

2. Is there a fix to make it work on my KVM ? I tried to disabled NKRO but didn't make a difference

as for the KVM issue, could be a number of things that are a bit too technical to explain here (and i dont know all the details)

Hey I'm a bit worried about the status of my USPS shipped package, it's marked as "Moving Through Network, In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late" with no specified location on the tracking page (after some other weirdness since confirming address 5 days ago) and in my experience this usually means its a tossup whether I end up getting it or it got lost somewhere. I don't mind waiting so much as long as I can refund my expedited shipping and as long as I end up getting my product, but in the case that it just doesn't show up, will there be left-over stock to send another one over? Something strange with my stabs a lot of spacebars keep lifting up in the left when I press faar right
. I first I thought it's the keycaps set but since then it happens to 3 keycaps sets.. Workaround putting something like paper on top of the right stab.. I assume it's not big enough.. Somebody else has that problem?

Figured it out, it was how the space bar was seated on the switch and stabilizers. I took out the switch seated it on the space bar then placed it into the board and pressed in the stabilizerts

i finally got my 80HE, i was having major issues with disconnect and buttons not functioning weirdly but after installing software ive figured out the problem was there was some default function that kept turning itself on and was set to remap a ton of keys but they were remapped to nothing so like ctrl alt del backspace f1-f12 etc were all like unbound. anyways.. it seems like i have to open the wooting software for my keyboard to even apply when its supposed to be using onboard profile? 🤔
