hey guys, I've got my keyboard and I really love it. I already opened support ticket but maybe someone with more experience knows if it's just fixable by me. I have an issue with only the shift key (the one on the right), where if I press it, it's not as smooth as the other key and feels like if it gets stuck, it's more noticeble if I write very fast and apply more pressure to it, like if it's a gum under it. Also the sound is much more weird than the rest of the keys. Anyone that experienced something like this or can help solve the issue?

Another thing you could try that's much lower effort is swapping the keycap for another one, if you have one available

I recently built a 60HE and the Wooting keycap for the spacebar wound up being slightly out of spec, causing it to stick. Verified by just swapping it for another keycap I had lying around (after working on the stab for like 2+ hours 😢 )

we're missing some information on how the process works entirely, but my assumption is that the groups are fulfilled in order once a certain amount of keyboards are shipped. that means that they start working through each group before the last one is finished shipping. once they get to your order it will be shipped.

its not like they pack every single order and then ship it. you effectively have a number in queue, once they reach your number your order is fulfilled.

as for why group 3 is being is being fulfilled before group 2? I have no idea. the order probably get messed up or changed somewhere in the process, but that doesnt really matter.

Well people dont post in community support if they have no issues, so you are of course going to see only people with issues there, a current issue that exists is 8k sometimes making the keyboard unresponsive for some people, but that will most likely be solved with an update

And some posts there are for example people not reading the quickstart guide or using a random bad cable, not saying that most other posts there arent valid, they of course are

I assume it depends if they have stock of specific things. They could have more modules/whatever in stock

No it’s just a module already built together. Only downside, you can’t select the 45 switches and some cases are only available with Modular’s.

all you're doing is shifting the warehouse from unpacking 1 big batch and sending it over x period vs. unpacking 5 smaller batches and sending it over x period

I'm not sure what they did then that was too ambitious, however I find it odd that if a company takes an order (for a premium product clocking in a 500 canadian dollars) then starts pushing back their expected shipping date for a week straight then costumers have a right to bring it up. /shrug
