Usual issue for spacebars, always. I mean, not necessary ping but that more hollow noise, just because it is far bigger open keycap. In my personal opinion, those foams or other sold for them can help a ton on that. Outside that you can try to lube the stabs and switch to high heavens and see if that helps, or have fuller foam / tape setups at the bottom to eat up open space from the case.

Dielectric grease is what they often use and suggest for stabs, and it does help with that kind stuff. But nothing is a miracle. Stabs themselves can affect it a lot too, Stab design itself, currently overall is bit rattling and it has a lot of give and movement. That's not wooting specific, just in general. The less movement you got the less I would expect there's any weird noises. There's also suggestions of small tape mods at the end of the stab wire or bandages, but all of these can by accident make it more stiffer in movement.

My stabilizers got a 'sticky' feeling when bottoming out. I've read that overlubed switches can cause that sticky feeling. However, I haven't performed any mods. To fix this, would I just need to take apart stabilizers and clean off the lub and reapply a lighter set? Or is this possibly something completely different. But it did go back from "waiting for product Wooting 80HE" instead of the extra switches which were the issue so I hope that once the keyboard is back to the next stage it wont just bump me into third batch again.

Holy moly! I just swapped out L60s for L45s and some of those L60s held on for dear life! Ended up needing to use enough force to where the upper housing was damaged on a couple of the L60 switches.. Anyone else have some extra tightly-fitted switches during initial removal??

you can also rebind the mode key to 'cycle' so you can cycle through the onboard profiles instead of only toggling between 1 and 2

I actually found an Epomaker EK21-X on sale for $37. Aluminum housing, gasket mount, hot-swappable, etc. Looks great next to the Black Zinc Alloy and I didn't have to sell a kidney like I would have for a Keychron Q0. 🤣

V1 is the white case. The white case has some problems hence why they’re making a v2 of white zinc case. If you choose v1 you’ll get the original white zinc case as soon as possible but you need to be aware that you might experience those issues. The V2 case will solve those issues but choosing that option means youd have to wait longer for wooting to make the v2 case in order to ship it to you

Btw if you choose v1 you’ll get free €40 store credit
