Hello Folks, i have a quick question. Is the Wooting detachable USB-C cable available in the shop is a mandatory items ? Why it cost 55€ for an USB cable, and what is the difference with the cable provided when you buy the keyboard ? Does improve in any way the wooting keyboard capabilities ?

i don't know, if you don't want to try out another space bar then it's going to be impossible for us to diagnose the problem

"It looks like the one of the case screws may have been overtighened slightly, causing the soft plastic case to bend ever so slightly. You can try tweaking these slightly by using a Philips head PH1 screwdriver and loosening/tightnening the left/rightmost screw to balance it out."

Just how sensitive it should be in a nutshell. Set it too high, and you have to push more for the sensor to go "aha, actual input", too low and it might randomly activate when nothing is pushing, because of the natural magnetic fields of the planet.

A lot of those keyboards claiming super, super low, no deadzone require constant recalibration to stay accurate. Otherwise they start to go slightly nuts.

bottom out deadzone is different from actuation. In this instance it just means that bottom part of your keyboard switch press will not register. For most good HE keyboards they use a small deadzone at the bottom to make sure things like your table wobbling, gasket movement, mouse shake etc don't accidentally trigger your keyboard press at super sensitive settings like 0.1 actuation

yes that is what hysteresis normally is. You artifically do not trigger the other event/release the trigger until you are way into the direction of that. Image a bucket is is "empty" with < 1l. As so as that empty registers being empty you keep the "empty" state until the bucket is at 2l or mre.

Just received my Wooting 80HE PCR ABS Ghost (ANSI) and swapped out the default black keycaps for the Just White (US-ANSI / UK-ISO). But... I noticed the lettering is different for the key left of 1 namely ~ ` shown on Just White and reverse order of symbols is printed on black keycap so the incorrect character is showing on my screen when typing.

Ref: You don't. It is a visual mistake on our end during the design of the keycaps.
We accidentally switched around the two symbols on the UK kit.
So the base layer key shows as the "while holding shift" one.

There's shitty cables that don't meet specifications for USB, and there are ones that do. Longer cables will inherently have more trouble keeping a good and stable signal - keep it below 2m to be safe(r)

So I wouldn't expect those 6-7% to remain that once processed by your bank. Placing a new order would mean your keyboard would deliver later with all likelihood (You'd have to place the same order in the checkout and compare)

Also keep in mind that we will charge cancellation fees of 10% for repeat cancellations.
