i'd generally recommend you pay in original currency too. Paypal likes to automatically turn on currency conversion to make it seem like it's 'helping you pay in your own currency', but there's a small option to click and pay in original currency

then you pay your credit cards conversion fee and not paypals even higher fee

what updates you are expecting for batch 2? Most of the updates for the first batch wer problems with PVT, delays because of figuring out thigns and so on. Those were not strictlly related to the first batch. The first production batch was more. Production batch has now started and we will have the keybaords in x days in the fulfillment centers and so on. I expect them to post another udpate/message when batch 2 will start production as well but until then, there is nothing to report/update on batch 2.

The same steps as you guys had, I know that first batch suffered the PVT problem but the steps were clear.

First batch Mass Production was updated when it first started, not when it was finished.
For second batch, Mass production is still "ongoing" but not updated on the website. They say they will updated it on the website once mass production finished so they definitely change the pattern with us.

Hi everyone, I jst pre-ordered my wooting. I bought the case and the wooting 80he module, I already purchased a set of gateron HE jade pros directly from gateron... Any thing i would need to buy/have to start building the wooting board when it comes?

from what i know i just need to put the gateron switches in and put my keycaps everything should be all good right? no need for any additional soldering or buying of stabilizers etc?

if you have decent quality keycaps

if not, look to get some long pole stabs

Darn, I figured everything they added to the 80 he such as screw-in stabilizers, foam, etc, would make the profile more thockey in general

that sound signature just doesn't exist for now. It's why a lot of people go raw he or jades because at least the sound is cleaner even if it's not thock

Everything is fine, you're just not going to make the sound from the video above, that is normal mechanical switches only

Maybe in a couple years HE switches might get there

But for now it's not happening
