which is already absurdly low at 4k and even more absurdly low at 8k

8k is already heavy diminishing returns, much less the 12k, 16k, 50k and such that some companies are putting in for no reason

scanning is now just the new dpi value where mice can go up to 50k dpi, but no one knows why it can since no one benefits from that

Seems the Geon Raw HE has surpassed the Jades. According to some review from China, its stability just slightly behind the Magneto

the chinese are doing this weird 'stability' test where they move the switch after you fully press it in and measure the magnetic flux movement - but they forgot that switches have different magnetic strengths and the magneto also happens to have the weakest magnet strength by like half vs. jades and raw he

so just by magnetic flux movement the magneto will already have far less flux due to being a weaker magnet to begin with

I dont think you need to add a sensor, if the metal parts that make it tactile are not conected to anything and non magnetic it could work, the only thing needed is a magnet on the same place as he switches, still silly(since it would screw with the analog input) but no need to add the sensor

2HE is 1.5 now. 60HE is either 1 or 1.5 depending on remaining stock at warehouses

Ironically, I went to mechanicalkeyboards 3rd party store, and it states that the Wooting Two HE uses gateron's with 60 gram springs. I ended up buying a 120 pack of 35 gram springs and a switch opener/lube kit from wooting.

Yeah. But if you share your keyboard between computers, most people yank on the cable instead of holding on the end to slowly remove, which makes me think you'd be on the lower end of the 100k insert/remove rating.

I get what you´re coming from. But just like the RED tried to minize cable clutter by building in everything with pin connection. I hope we will one day just do away with fragile connectors. ( or make better connectors.)

Magsafe connection type seems to be great for things that needs or accidentally get detached often. I have never experienced this problem myself. But I have slowly migrated everything to USB C. Even my V mount batteries use USB C as main charging source. Replacing all the bulk and charges blazing fast.
