I ordered a Q1 HE for work since the 80HE hadn't been announced and using non-lubed non-HE switches is just gonna be a thing of the past for me, and man am I looking forward to the lekker v2 switches now. Glad they added the Alumaze case for 60HE and offered a zinc alloy option on the 80HE, along with the improved switches. Handing people the Q1 HE had an instant feeling of quality. Getting that rock solid heft and typing feel up front really makes a diff.

Also we don't have mills, our factory partners do.

We'd still have to design and have prototypes done. We didn't invest in machines in the sense of sunk cost or cost savings.

Using pourable molds is much more suited for this case.

Very tempted to get a Wooting 80HE. Used a Wooting One for 5 years now. The analog function specifically is what draws me towards the new Lekker switch. The flaretechs haven't always been a nice experience to use for analog. Key wobble affected the output greatly to the point I could bottom out a switch and angle the pressure on the key around to go nearly from 20% to 100% analog output. Does the Lekker switch fix this? Seems like it should when using hall-effect sensors instead of bouncing light off a prism.
