Just a heads up, these are not currently able to be used Wooting boards (they wont fit). Other opposite polarity switches "might" work but my testing so far has shown significant issues that may or may not be able to be improved with firmware.

Perhaps consider finding a mail forwarding service that is US based and will ship to Brazil (and let you input the declared value). Wooting is free shipping to US so you’d save there and just pay whatever service fee + shipping charge via the mail forwarder. I don’t know of one but would be worth investigating if you really want an 80he.

Yes, cancelling will resolve it quicker but it costs wooting to cancel the transaction with payment method (don’t know what %) vs submitting a change/edit request to add the wrist rest. Take a bit to get resolved but it will. You’ll get to add to order and wooting won’t be penalized for canceled transaction. Win-win!

Yea you can just submit an order edit request. You’ll get an automated email a couple days later to confirm the action you want to take. This email states that it’ll take 1-2 weeks for them to get back to you if you want to make an edit. Respond to that email with “WAIT” and you’ll be taken care of.

Quote from that email:

For 80HE preorders, we will ensure that our delay in processing an order edit will not impact the delivery date of your order.

To help us ensure we get your ticket processed the correct way, please reply to this email with one these:
"CANCEL [order number(s)]" to cancel the original order.
"NOT AN EDIT" if your request is not about making order changes and still needs assistance.

The prices I found for this keyboard here in Brazil are impractical. It costs almost twice as much as the keyboard. =/ The only option is still Ebay, as sellers usually agree to declare a different price when shipping. This is not a very big crime, if the inspectorate discovers that it is a lie they will charge me a fine and other fees (this is rare), but even so it should still be cheaper than the price I found here in Brazil.

Joke aside, I understand your concerns. if the data is so special you should not even have a counter on how much you raise and how many poeple are preordering. The reason I propose this is that Wooting does not have any uniqe color pattern or design that is the product main selling point. Why Keybords are like watches, there´re plentiul of options and copycats out there. I buy wooting because of the combination of what you the brand offer. Wooting already sell the keybord as a kit. Just like any data. It can be use to influence people to choose a certain color or add more options.

We have not shared the exact alloy mixture (I don't even know it in fact), nor the final finish coating of the raw or other Zinc cases. They're all undergoing sampling and refining before we have a final product.
