When they did finally arrive in Amsterdam, local customs took their sweet time importing them. Anyone who has ever dealt with customs knows that they simply don't care about any urgency; they'll get to it when they get to it.

The good news is that these black zinc keyboards are now at our fulfillment center, so shipments can go out. That said, since it's already late Friday afternoon in the Netherlands, it doesn't look like all of the orders will get packed and shipped today. Won't be long now though! "

general consensus for the ones who got the black version like it a lot so far

Anyone else going through this issue with their Eu-Brug/Batch 2 - Black Zinc ANSI ?

My Keyboard was originally expected to be delivered "Early November"

First, It sat on "queued for fulfillment" for god knows how long.
Then, it was on "Ready to Pack" for a month and a half.
Now, it's been on Pick and Pack for 12 days and with no end in sight. (I've been told repeatedly that pick and pack is the "fast part")

Every single day the keyboard expected shipping date gets pushed further. My expected date has gone from early November to December 11th now.

I read wooting staff explain that bulk orders would get shipped out after individual orders, but I've seen black zinc ansi bulk order pictures of people with more than a dozen keyboards in their hands before I even get a shipping label.

I also read that the white zinc keyboard was delayed and was coming after the black zinc and yet im seeing people recieving their white Zincs and, again, no updates on my keyboard.

there was a question posted in #1019755933959733258 and a wooting staff member asked if we had reached out to [e-mail], but every time I ask the staff member who got assigned to my case they just tell me they will "look into it and get me an update" and never actually tell me what's going on. I have to e-mail them and remind them that I'm waiting for an update and the same line gets repeated "sorry for the wait, let me look into it."

A couple others have voiced that they are in the same situation as me, but I'm wondering if anyone here is EU-Brug Black Zinc and experiencing the same issue.

(additional note: I was not one of the White -> Black option takers)

As an additional frustration, the information being given to me through email does not match what I'm being given by the hub. Here is what I mean:
