Post timeskip has had 10. And that includes stuff like Zou and Reverie and Return to Sabaody. And half the Strawhats also just weren't there for the fights in two of the major ones like Dressrosa and WCI. So Oda couldn't naturally build the Strawhats up in post unlike pre. It's unfortunate.
