Like honor and Preservation seem to fit the "survive" category with their insistence on everlasting stuff, Unity would obviously be unite, Ruin and Cultivation are definitely under Change, they both specifically refer to that in their descriptions. Odium/Passion could be change too, or he could be a "destroy" guy if that was the fourth dawnshard||

Compared to that, mistborn magics are , for all intents and purposes, a science. It's hard to explain really, you will see when you get there.||

Also Mistborn era 2 very generic ||the world is set at the beginning of the industrial revolution, so the way magic is used is also incredible. ||

RoW part 1 ||this part was... Jarring. Hard to deal with, honestly. It felt so depressing, like everything was going wrong for everyone. Gods Kaladin... I don't know what to say. I hate seeing him like this, like I hated it in WoR when he nearly lost Syl. And Shallan. Man. I thought finally something was going to go good for her at the end of OB when she finally resolved the conflict between her three selves and chose Adolin once and for all. To see her still struggling so much... It's gut wrenching man. And now Rock is gone too for a good while, I am really gonna miss him until he hopefully comes back. He was probably my favourite Bridge man. The two lights of this part, though, have been Adolin and Sylphrena. Adolin, that gorgeous, clumsy idiot who just lights up everything around him. Gods he is good. And Syl is just precious. Her humor kept me going, her teasing Kal and especially her interactions with Hesina... Just so good. I also liked the interaction between Zahel and Kal a lot, it was done very well, and maan, you can feel Vasher there, all that he's done and all he regrets and wishes he could do. It was probably the best scene of this part for me. Overall a little foreboding and depressing by stormlight standards for me, but ik the payoff is gonna be more than worth it, so meh.||

LOTR got a great adaptation nothing much to complain about. even longform adaptations like GoT have to make changes. i mean up to season 6-7 the story had already drifted from the books
