It's almost like when Will was trapped in the upside down he then became one with the mind flayer, I feel like in s5 Max will somehow be connected to Vecna because it is said that when Vecna kills he takes everything from his victims, their talents, etc. when El used her powers to look for Max, she couldn't find her which can be explained by Vecna having Max's consciousness. Max's death and resurrection were all planned if I think abt it, she could be a major role in s5 to defeat Vecna. We have never seen the duffer brothers kill off main characters in the show, e.g Hopper in s3, we all thought he was dead but no.. he was alive in Russia and that's why I think the duffer brothers aren't scared of killing off characters, it's just S tier writing.||||imo, the ending was not a happy ending which is why most ppl thing the ending was bad, but its not. s4 ending best describes (the beginning of the end.)||

Campaign 1 is the swashbuckling adventure of huge proportions, some arcs in it are just incredible
Campaign 2 is more personal but more introspective and focuses on the journeys from the meeting of the group
Campaign 1 technically started midway through after they decided to just livestream themselves with the characters and world established by Matt in their home game which was 3 years old by the point that they started streaming
