I just wanna repeat that on chapt 1030 page 11 with the luffy panel, I think it's a new gear 4 technique. Possibly smth like gear 4: sumo man. His palm facing outwards reminded me of Sentomaru's sumo based attacks at Sabaody. Specifically when he can attack w/o contact like rn. Buttt this could just be him aiming like gear 2nd. It's just a thought, but it could happen.
