No it's gonna be some kind of portal/window/connection to the real world where they will learn the "true history" which will include the fact they are in a manga drawn by Eiichiro Oda. Upon learning this they will burst out laughing, but on top of that Luffy will gain the ability to "break the 4th wall" in his gear 5 form. He will be able to literally reach out of manga panels and into others, etc, with the knowledge that he is literally in a manga. This makes him unfathomably more dangerous to the World Government, as he can literally bend reality at this point. Also, unlike Rodger Luffy has no qualms spilling the beans about the true history and the fact they're in a manga called One Piece, which understandably causes a mass existential crisis when everyone learns the truth.

Anyways, unrelatedly: I have a theory about Uranus.

So, we know two of the three ultimate weapons, and they're two very different things: Poseidon is a living being as Shirahoshi, and Pluton is a giant warship so powerful it's essentially a huge weapon. To me, this suggests that Uranus is going to be its own thing, neither a person nor a conventional weapon. Oda likes to balance his sets of things, so none of them are just randomly odd ones out. So two being people and one being a regular weapon, or one being a person and two being regular weapons, would be weird.

That being said, it's pretty clear to me that Uranus is something Im is able to use, given that it's almost certainly what obliterated Lulusia. I know people are assuming the weapon used was the Mother Flame but I just don't agree, the Mother Flame is definitely the power source (Vegapunk was studying Ancient Kingdom power sources and produces the Flame in a literal power plant).

Anyways, my theory for what Uranus is is that it's a "devil" like with a devil fruit. Possibly a fruit itself, but I think there's a solid chance it's a special case as well. Vegapunk's theory on devil fruits is that they're full of hope for a possible future--essentially, manifestations of human spirit. That's a general theme in One Piece as well, it's how Haki works as well for example. So the "devils" in the fruit are essentially, spirits that grant a particular power.

So, if Uranus is some sort of devil, then that means that either it's the devil fruit used by Im, who's immortal through the Ope Ope no Mi surgery, or they possess people directly and grant themselves pseudo-immortality that way. Either way, Uranus is a spiritual power along the lines of the devil fruits, and they're somehow related to Im.

building on my theory I mean the treasure is called One Piece, what if the treasure literally is One Piece, it's the manga One Piece but it goes beyond Chapter 1 and actually has the history from before Luffy. But everything from the start of Luffy's journey to them finding the One Piece is all there as it is in the real manga. Something like that.
I'm just thinking along the lines of if the One Piece has to be like a physical treasure and not just some tool to use to bridge dimensions.
And the main characters in the story are all part of the D namesake, which is why those with D are so feared by people like the World Nobles.
Since this prophetic magic manga that documents history through a manga story always has them as the main characters and documents it through their stories. Kind of like how the Torah/Bible documented history through the story of Abraham's descendents.

So I imagine Gol D Roger left all of physical treasures there also but the real One Piece is this prophetic divine manga that details everything that's happened in world history from the beginning to now but always with a member of the D bloodline as the main character. This is why when Gol D Roger found it he says he wishes he was born long ago because he read about his D ancestors and their journeys in the manga and it was full of whimsy and laughs but also dark secrets that could have been avoided.

Since Kuzan’s membership in the BB pirates came up earlier, I wonder if he’s meant to be a parallel to Whitebeard? Him getting some more focus later on could resolve some of the weirdness, and obviously OP loves to have generational parallels. And since the closest parallel to the Rocks pirates seems to be Blackbeard (extremely strong and generally evil with super powerful captains), Whitebeard standing out as the sole somewhat good member has always been a little out of place. I think Kuzan could end up being similar—when he wanted to explore his freedom, he gravitated to the most powerful crew available to try and find himself. And when BB gets taken down, he’ll rise up as the next Whitebeard, a non-king pirate who looks after his own and is a peer to the other major pirates

I have a broad theory about the will of D and it's relation with Joyboy.

I think D is a person who was very close to JoyBoy, maybe he could be his father, mother, relatives, or even his best friend.

But i truly believe that the person 'D' is Joyboy's best friend.

I think Zunesha was a normal elephant during the void century just like the Zou creatures living above him.

Joyboy is just a moniker and i think it's not his real name. And I don't think Nika is his real name

Joyboy and Zunesha are basically travellers and companions who roam around and having fun with no care for the world.

Meanwhile, 'D' is a normal person or even a slave in a society where technology was far superior than the current one piece world. Similar to Egghead.

He had ambitions and a goal to liberate all the slaves one day. But he never knew what true freedom meant. Until he met a traveller with his weird talking elephant companion who was carefree and never cared about the hell that was the world.

D is intrigued by the traveller's enthusiasm over everything, it's like he enjoys all the positivity this world has to offer.

He would be the first person to call him, 'Joyboy' as a nickname cuz of his happy and carefree personality.

Later, D learns a lot from Joyboy abt the true freedom and become best friends.

And thus, he shares his dream to Joyboy, and says, "This is my will". Joyboy laughs.

Eventually, D would start a family. But, some things never go well for a guy who wishes for true freedom.

D wasn't super human. He opposed the people who believed freedom is not meant for everyone. And I believe the guy who kills D is gonna be one of the most important characters in the future.

After D's death, Joyboy promises to fulfill D's dream and called it the Will of D.

Joyboy goes against the oppression and frees all the slaves. One slave would've definitely asked his name to remember, Joyboy would reply, "My name is Joyboy". People who were freed called him a god, the SUN GOD NIKA.

And so, later after his death he passes on the will of D, the dream of his best friend.

I've noticed something from the new one piece anime episode and i need an answer if it's already a discussion. Did anyone notice that the animation and suroundings changed only after luffy did that explosion of haki everywhere? Does this mean that he used his conquerors haki to effect a huge area with his devil fruit ability? Which makes the whole area he is in into a loony toons type shit that we know and don't understand fully?

From the beggining Oda has told us that Luffys silly powers are an ode to old style comedy mangas, and gear 5 doubles down on that; i really dont think itd be that interesting or creative to do 'its literally the same manga youre reading right now' thatd make me groan probably; the whole 'and he laughed' kind of sets it up as simple and funny instead of epic

The clear implication though is that itd also be politically significant; and I think if it depicted joyboy doing something cery silly to a celestial dragon and that comes out when Joyboy has already returned itd make sense for that to destroy a lot of the worlds allegiance to the WG

O this, Oda's also said that as he started writing One Piece he had a lot more ideas that kept adding onto things. I don't think any arc we've gotten was ever meant to be a finale, I think Oda kept delaying the end to cram more and more ideas in. Notably, he said his decision to include the Shichibukai dragged out the story a ton, and by the time of Skypeia we'd only ever met Mihawk and Crocodile. If One Piece was only five years we'd have never gotten Skypeia at all, probably.

Not my theory but I saw this theory off YouTube that much like sabaody the strawhats will be teleported however this time together onto the moon, using the big ancient weapon that imu used to to make (I forgot the island but the recent island disaster) it disappear, now notice how in all the manga panels it’s never clarified that the island is destroyed, rather it’s possible that it could be teleported out of the one piece earth we know and to possibly the moon or maybe even somewhere else. Essentially: The Going Merry/ Klabauterman will manifest as a zoan type fruit that turns its user into a flying ship (a la Ark Maxim), and be eaten by Noah. Evidence we have is everything we know about Devil Fruits, plus the fact that it was the Merry's dream to continue its voyage. We also know Vegapunk has the means to execute it, and we know that the Merry was physically very close to some tangerines.

So pretty much, what could've happened is that when Luffy got knocked out, his fruit awakened him into Gear 5 having some form of Joyboy within him back from 800 years ago which made Luffy laugh a lot and being able to imagine things the way he likes.

One thing about the rubber devil fruit is that it actually wasn't just a regular fruit. Back in the first episode, why would Shanks have ahold of this devil fruit. Instead, it might've been a mythical Zoan fruit.

If this is the inverse of Sabaody, and Kizaru is showing up again misusing the black transponder snail; then I think this chapter is showing us a glimpse of things to come.

In Sabaody Kizaru was talking into the snail when he shouldn't have been, I believe after this chapter the inverse of that is him listening to it when he shouldn't be. He just tapped a conversation with the Gorosei and I don't think they were aware he was on the line listening in. While nothing too incriminating for him to listen to was presented in this conversation we have been shown the Gorosei will wipe out anyone with knowledge they shouldn't have. I believe Kizaru is going to listen in on a conversation that reveals Imu or some void century knowledge thus compromising himself and being put on the kill list. Maybe he is forced to switch sides because of this helping Sentomaru and Vegapunk. In his own words in this chapter he says he is a cog in the machine that it's out of his hands, but if he is removed from the machine what would his actions and intentions be?

Theory - Nika is the deification of joyboy
Evidence - zunesha refers to Luffy as joyboy the moment it hears the drums of liberation. Vegapunk states that devil fruits are born from people's desires, and the myth of Nika had been passed down for generations. This had to have happened for a reason. The wg's attempts to silence it may have been an effort to eliminate the Nika fruit once and for all, a move which becomes very understandable once assuming that joyboy is Nika (joyboy is tied to the poneglyphs, which the wg want to erase). There is also the strange nature of Luffy's awakened power exhibiting the qualities of a paramecia despite being sourced from a zoan. This would make sense if the zoan was the embodiment of a devil fruit user, which joyboy could've been.

We don't really understand how awakenings work in one piece yet, but I suspect that dying is probably PART of the requirements for awakening the Nika fruit. If Shanks knew this, I could see him scaring the Gorosei into trying to kill luffy by snitching on him, if he thinks it would somehow lead to him awakening. It can probably be safely assumed he knows a lot about the gomu gomu no mi, so he would probably know what it would take to awaken it. Otherwise, I would have to go with the safer assumption of him talking to the gorosei about Black Beard.

My theory: The nature of logia awakenings

We’ve seen awakened paramecia fruits that have the ability to create substances. These awakenings allow the fruits to transform their surroundings into their substance and then manipulate it from a distance. Since logias share the ability to create a certain substance, I think they will share this part of their awakening with paramecias

For the logia exclusive abilities, we’ve seen them able to transform to and from light, ice, magma, etc. they can also use their ability to recreate parts of their body (logia regeneration, such as ace regenerating after being shot). So I believe that since logias can replicate lost body parts, they will be able to create entirely new ones through a form of logia “element” generation. Such as Kizaru being able to create an arm out of light and then give himself a third arm. This would allow logias to change their body into how they see fit, and could even allow them to create new forms for themselves.

Also, Brulee's ability allows her to kind of clone people by turning animals or even humans to a secific person. I think Roger's clone was executed who was his fellow friend. The 20 dynasties that made the WG have never been labeled as Pirates, which means there has never been any indication that Saturn was a Pirate, much less that he was alive 800 years ago. We do not have any information on Joyboy’s crew except for Zunesha.

Shanks was always watching luffy’s action by the help of Yasopp though Usopp. Like we already had seen in One Piece Film Red movie that both of Yasopp and Usopp can each other see though their eyes or maybe thoughts if they focus even thought they are in different relam or dimension . Since Usopp was young he kept telling the story which will happen in near future .Everyone is telling he was predicting the future or lying, I think Usopp was seeing Yasopp’s thoughts unconsciously every time he wanted to see his father.

The Polar Shift theory goes like this:

Prologue

1. There's actually a region of Calm Belt in real life called doldrums, which coincidentally just like the Grand Line, went through the equator of our planet
2. Due to rotation of our planet, the sea is slightly higher along the equator than in North and South Pole because of centrifugal force
3. We can safely assume that Grand Line is the equator of One Piece planet, and the planet rotates alongside an axis which North and South Pole exist somewhere in Red Line, halfway between Reverse Mountain side and Mary Geoise side

The theory
4. The punchline of the theory is this: in the Void Century, Reverse Mountain is actually the North Pole, and Mary Geoise/Fishman Island is actually the South Pole. Both of these location did not exist alongside the equator during the Void Century
5. Because the sea is lower on the poles, hidden beneath the sea of Reverse Mountain there exist a vast continent (which should be the D Kingdom of the Void Century)
6. Imu and the 20 Kingdoms defeated the D by sinking their continent in the sea, somehow using an Ancient Weapon they knock the planet off its axis, so that the planet rotate on different location
7. Reverse Mountain side, now exist along the equator, sink beneath the sea because the sea level got higher
8. That means that Fishman Island should be closer to the surface during the Void Century, although still under the sea

9. The thing that blows my mind is how Lodestar Island, the final island in the Grand Line and close to Reverse Mountain, is named after a term for star that point to the Pole
10. Also the island that Loguetown is located, the island closest to Reverse Mountain is called Polestar Island, again hinting that the general area used to be the Pole
11. The general idea that sea level is rising, as well as all the imagery of sinking: Devil Fruits under the sea, poneglyph creation during a flood, Wano protecting itself from sinking
12. Also that Toki who came from Wano seems to not know where everything was, and Zunesha constantly searching for what could be the D island that sunk under the sea
13. Knocking the planet off course could be the reason why the magnetic field on the Grand Line is so disturbed and why present day pirates need Log Poses
14. The promised ship, Noah, could be Mermaid Princess attempt during the Void Century to save D Kingdom from sinking, but Joyboy sent her the poneglyph first indicating he's lost the battle
15. The first banter of Buggy and Shanks is about North and South Pole, and that was introduced way early in the story. If Shanks is a confirmed former Celestial Dragon, and Mary Geoise could be the South Pole, is it coincidence that Shanks mentioned South Pole?

The simplest answer is logia’s don’t change the climate or what not they alter the terrain like how we see Luffy Katakuri and Doffy do the weather is a side effect of that.

S-Snake behaves that way towards Luffy because she has Hancock's lineage factor in her.

S-Shark has Jinbei lineage factor in him then why wouldn't Luffy be able to override the commands given to him like how he did with S-Snake?
That's because S-Shark is a version of Jinbei that knows nothing much of Luffy. I'm not sure how was the Warlords' lineage factor was taken but they could only do with Jinbei while he was still a Warlord. During that time, he only knows Luffy base on what Ace told him so there's not enough personal connection for Luffy be able to command S-Shark.

Hancock was still a Warlord until the system was abolished so they could still had chance to take her lineage factor after she had fallen for Luffy but for Jinbei, he quit and left so they weren't able to.

What about S-Bear? Will Bonney be able to override the commands given to him?
It depends on S-Bear is the seraph of what. If S-Bear is the seraph of Bartholomew Kuma (with humanity) then that could very well be possible but if S-Bear is the seraph of PX-0 (no humanity) then no.

I think that even the seraphim strength is base on when the warlords' lineage factors were taken.
Let's say there's a S-Monkey (Luffy's seraph) and Luffy's lineage factor was taken while he was at Arabasta. S-Monkey will have the strength of Arabasta Luffy.

This just pure speculation and headcanon therefore I could still be entirely wrong.

• Egghead alliance is not at full power due to initial conflicts and the seraphim

Incident Theory:
Blackbeard crew members will infiltrate the Marine ships while the major players are engaged in battle, disguised as Marines and/or a Vice Admiral (my guess is VA Doberman). Their plan originally involved Vegapunk or the Strawhats, however being a crew of luck, timing, and opportunity, they’ll wait for the chaos to begin and the major players to be engaged then make their move. After learning a Gorosei is present and getting all the information they can out of him through espionage, Saint Jay Garcia Saturn will be assassinated (alternatively, kidnapped). The blame will solely go on the Strawhat crew, either with Morgans revealing to the public the Gorosei death or him simply reporting the death to the WG and increasing the Strawhats notoriety even further.

Right right so what im suggesting is the like build up to the one piece basically the ending right so luffy and shanks both find all the red polygraph and head to laugh tale but before they leave they stop at an island and as the straw hats are docking up before they head to their last destination, the one piece now during this the crew member of blackbeard who has the 9 tail fruit (idk her name) she kidnaps one of the strawhats probably nami or ussop then they leave them tied and locked up where they can't escape now she takes the form of this straw hat and hides on the ship faking as one of the straw hats somehow signaling to blackbeard their location as they get to laugh tale blackbeard appears alongside shanks blackbeard pulls out the straw hat they kidnapped to show he has them then the woman reveals herself as fake after this shanks and luffy decide to fight together shanks dies after sacrificing himself for luffy which allows him to beat blackbeard after the fight the straw hats all gather with some of shanks crew there to after this they decide to go do what they want around the world (like rogers and WB's crew) the strawhats get the history of the world and also have the thing to destroy the red line this mightve been luffys actual dream after this luffy and the crew go to the centre of the red line to destroy it, this is where they face all the Marines even IMU themselves all the pirates are there to help inorder to destroy the red line after a long, hard fought battle with all the sacrifices after the redlines destroyed luffy collapses on the brink of death ready to pass but all the straw hats surround him in his full moments and thats where he says his final words then the camera pans into black where it says 40 years later. This is where we see where all the strawhats are in life since the passing of their captain and then as we pan out again we see the 2 final words JUMP at the screen "THE END?" I THINK THATD BE AN AMAZING ENDING

I like this idea, but in line with History repeating itself which is a theme of the story it would make sense for the Blackbeard crew members to capture and take hostage Saturn, especially now we know from the previous chapters that one of Teech's current goals is to legitimise his rule over Fullalead Island. A Gorosei is a significantly better bargaining chip than what Garp is. The essence of history repeating here is the effective set up of a second God Valley incident with Luffy teaming up with the next hero of the marines Coby (and likely a few others like Grus, Smoker and the SWORD group)

I'd assume that the Blackbeard crew won't do anything until the main arc of Egghead has played out though

Hey to clarify, am I the only one who thinks the reason Garp is weak now (except for plot reasons) is that after Ace's death, his will was weakened. Like the strength of Will literally runs this show and it's only what gives CoC (strengthens too), so I think it would fair to assume Current Garp is weaker than his prime and even MF... and it's only fair to assume Akainu's will would've grown stronger bc of his new position....

About strength of will I don't think we can say that someone's strength is proportional to their force of will. Luffy's will was always extremely strong, even in early OP when he was super weak compared to New World pirate crews.

Like if Admiral Kizaru was defeated by Brook, everyone would call out that it "breaks" the powerscaling, and even if the plot really needed Brook to beat Kizaru for whatever reason, the complaint would be justified

People just need to keep it in check and not start saying that every single matchup is decided by people's power level

Well the reason for kuma going to the holy land could either be his paw paw abilities can’t exceed the height of the Red Line. In the past when he used his push abilities so far he was only able to transport the strawhats to areas to the eastern hemisphere of the planet of One piece. I mean none ever crossed the red line due to his paw paw fruit. They never were found in the north or south blue, which struck me as weird leading me to think that maybe the fruit has a limit. Getting to Mary Geoise is so he can reach the top to use his power to get to egghead. most matchups are clear cut,and even if they aren't,they're still plausible.

One piece Blackbeard arc

I have a theory about a new marine war that's about to happen. The wg who saw luffy's true power wanted to truly destroy him, so they hired bb known as a good Bounty hunter as a reward to be a worldlord to the prison. Blackbeard would be in a matter of time worldlord without catching luffy and could start a world to other pirates as he now has the prisoners.
Blackbeard would burn villages and terrorize towns until some serious pirates showed up to end this, with the marine also. Pirates like SHANKS, MIHAWK marines like FUJITORA.
And that would be blackbeard’s end.
But since
It's now known how blackbeard had 3 devil fruits
The other pirates of the crew would capture blackbeard’s body and even try to revive him with the soul fruit. Blackbeard would rest for some years and his crew would be in prison with the only one out Kuzan, Blackbeard would now start to gather his crew again without anyone knowing like it happened with the mugiwara.
Blackbeard now
finds his crew and they start training on a lonely island which they are staying here for another year. They also made a ship there and now they are ready for anything.
They start of by looting villages to gather food and attack other weaker pirates to appear later as stronger when the wg will start to find out about his appearance again and plan to kill his whole crew but bb is ready for anything as he gives his blood so when they die he can revive them without anyone knowing.
Soon enough the crew dies again but this time they come back stronger, known for the dead beard pirates who keep on destroying towns and even kingdoms like the kingdom of alabasta.

The most powerful, come to the plot
The Monkey family is together to destroy him, even red hair pirates and even the rest of roger pirates like raylight.
Bb’s haki is very strong witch means luffy after the timeskip couldn't beat him and this time it's the same for his crew.

so why would kizaru attack aokiji or join the strawhats? i have two theories on this

first one is pretty simple-kizaru detests blackbeard.
the blackbeard pirates are one of-if not the most brutal,realistic depictions of pirates. they pillage,murder and steal everywhere they go.
it would be natural for any marine,or just anyone with a good moral standing in general,to hate blackbeard and his crew with all their might.
so a fellow admiral joining the ranks of the most disgusting crew might have set off kizaru

the second is that kizaru is a traitor to the marines. as i mentioned,he didn't kill the strawhats when he had the chance,so him being a straight up traitor isn't too far of a stretch.
if he gets allied with the strawhats (him outright joining the crew would make them way too op,so i'm betting on an alliance instead). he probably doesn't care about the one piece at all,and has his own reasons,probably connected to his backstory with vegapunk. he was ordered to kill vegapunk,sure,but his connections to vegapunk and his fondness of sentomaru might just be too much for him to throw away. i know kizaru and vegapunk's shared past wasn't revealed but look at the picture i attached. do you think kizaru is seething with rage to destroy vegapunk in the pic?
so if he gets allied with the strawhats and the strawhats fight the bb crew then he might have to fight kuzan out of nessecity. it would be one of the most interesting fights in the final arc,ex-admiral vs ex-admiral.

and sure,an admiral and a gorosei dying would "shake up the world of one piece",but an admiral joining the ranks of a pirate would shake it up way more

Idk if this is still a hot topic, but here is my reasoning as for why you can’t triangulate the location of laugh tale with only 3 poneglyphs. My assumption is that the poneglyphs have a basic encryption beyond just the dead language.
If the each poneglyph gives you 2, 5 variable equations and one of the variables for each of them with the intent to solve for coordinates, you would have a simple code that would require all 4 parts to solve.
Example:
Coordinates in the form (x1,y1)
Information from the poneglyph
(a1,a2) = (5,6)
x1= a1 + b1 + c1 + d1
y1=a2 - b2 + c2 - d2
The other poneglyphs would have equations for (x2,y2), (x3,y3), and (x4,y4) as well as a set of b, c and d coordinates respectively.
After applying solutions using only 3 poneglyphs to the X marks the spot postulate (laughtale is at the intersection of the lines between the locations described), you should be able to find solutions for anywhere on the globe.

I somewhat agree with your theory but would also like to add that if it was just a matter of tracking it down, pirates with half a brian would simply just keep sailing parallel to each other until they spot an island.

My addition is that, its not just simple math. Lode ponyglyphs are like way finders, sort of like treasure hunt where you find spot #1 and find clues leading to spot #2 and so on. Because laugh tale isn't accessible by simple means and there was no mention of( in my knowledge) whether you could just keep sailing until you hit the red line again.

So comming back, I think the way forward is just too dangerous, shrouded in mystery/death and you have to find a safe way to get to laughtale, which is mentioned in the lode ponyglypcs.

Which also reminds me of the man marked by flames and what was mentioned about him that natural disasters lurk around him or something along those lines.

What is Drunken Iron Ore ? : a rare material found in weapons. It is very rare, as only some countries are said to have it.

When was the material mentioned for the first time ? : a conversation between Dragon and Koala ( chapter 803 / episode 752). She stole weapons from Dressrossa and found traces of kittetsu-ko inside.

Why I think pluton is a ship made 100% of kitetsu ko ? :

• we know that pluton is in wano.
• Wano has been exploited by Kaido for its mineral resources to create weapons, maybe the kitetsu-ko in particular. This activities made of him a important actor in the black market.
• Traces of kitetsu ko were found in weapons send to dressrosa. This is directly related to the business between Kaido and Doflamingo by exchanging weapons with Smiles at the time.
• Kitetsu ko can only be found in deep water ( my theory). Moreover, when koala showed a document of the material to Dragon, it seems that they are few graphs showing how deep it can be found. And pluton is deep in the water.
• Manipulating this material can be difficult and need expertise. Only original blueprint of Pluton will allow to use the material efficiently to activate/recreate the weapon. Though, franky destroyed it.

Going further in the theory : kitetsu -ko might be found near volcanic activities such as Wano. And also, poneglyphs that cant be destroyed are made by this material. And who wrote on poneglyphs in the past ?? People from Wano lol.

Secondly, this is an undercooked theory, that I don't take credit for, since I have gathered things from the whole community but don't remember where credits are due (feel free to credit anyone you feel deserves it in the comments, I'll try to edit them in post). I just haven't seen the particular theory explicitly somewhere so here goes:

So what if the road (red) poneglyphs are Joyboy's heart? How could that be possible, you ask. Let me explain the process I suggest happened:

• An Ope Ope no mi user (Law's devil fruit) used the same technique that Law used on Ceasar the Clown and others, removing their heart from their bodies inside a cube.

• A Mero Mero no mi user (Boa's fruit) turned it into stone (I am not sure this is possible after the heart was extracted, but the petrification could have also happened before the extraction)

• A Bara Bara no mi user (Buggy's fruit) who had probably also awakened it, cut the cube/heart in four pieces

-A Nikyu Nikyu no mi user (Kuma's fruit) scattered the four pieces around the world

Also the road poneglyphs are red like a heart. Also a heart has four chambers.

So what do you think? I cannot tell for certain what that means, or why would this even happen. With or against Joyboy's will? Can it be reversed someway? Was a toki toki no mi user also involved to send the parts to the future, maybe Kozuki Toki herself and that's why she also jumped to the future (although Kozuki Toki appears to have jumped to the future 4 years before the end of the void century)?

The issue with that question is, even after over 20 years you have not enough evidence to proof anything. Roger did not even call it the One Piece, until media picked its name. I posted my theory here before but I do not really like it anymore, since I had really no really evidence, just guesses that I had to fill with head canon.

A theory:

"People's Dream Never End", Luffy might not achieve his hidden dream.

We know that the first time Luffy and Blackbeard met at the Jaya bar, and how it shows that they are the opposite in taste, and then we remember when BB told ace before they clashed:"Who will win, Light or Darkness?"

So it is pretty clear that luffy is light (Joyboy/Nika) , and BB is darkness.

However, how is this related to the theory title?

Well, we know that anyone who inherit Joyboy fruit is able to make people happy and smile.

So, it is no wonder that Luffy inherited this fruit not only for the purpose of being king of Pirates, as it has been stated by Shanks, he gave luffy the hat because he said the same words that Roger said, and it was about Luffy hidden dream.

We know from Vegapunk that devil fruits are somehow "created" or "shaped" by people desires, so it make sense that Luffy desire was to "make everyone smile by achieving their dreams", which fit the Joyboy characteristics of making everyone smile, which fit luffy desire, and thus the fruit chose Luffy, this unravel his hidden dream.

HOWERVER, Blackbeard reminded us of something, when Luffy , Zoro, and Nami get kicked out of the bar, they face up again with blackbeard, and blackbeard said the popular sentence "People Dreams Never End", at this instance, it made luffy confused (look at the screenshot)

Because as we know, Luffy hidden dream is to make everyone happy by achieving their dreams, but Blackbeard reminded him that people dreams are unending.

This is a theory on Sanji's last power up being thematically linked to his personal growth, journey and the symbolic representation of character names, numbers and colors. OH, and religion.

Let's get started!

So basically, Sanji, the third son of the Vinsmoke family, is undergoing a process of what I like to call...

** "De-Judge-ification".**

What do I mean by this?

Sanji has been through out the story and still is turning into the complete opposite of what his father, Vinsmoke Judge, believed and said about him.

Sanji is turning from a failure, into his own number one. Symbolically represented by his power ups.

When I refer to power ups, I'm exclusively refering to his flames changing colors because those are the power ups that are deeply linked with Sanji's personal and emotional growth.

We are gonna touch on character names, numbers and colors now, so stay with me, I'm gonna try to stucture this so that it's pretty straight forward.

** Narrative argument part 1: Red.**

Sanji's first power up was Diable Jambe, igniting his legs with RED flames.

• The same color as his elder brother Ichiji (#1).

Ichiji is associated with red hair, a red-themed suit, and red colored powers.

The name "Ichiji" can mean "common fig", which can be interpreted as worthlessness. Meaning that even if he now had powers, Sanji still was nothing in the grand scheme of things.

[He didn't even have a bounty, and once he obtained it, it was a drawing ridiculizing him].

HOWEVER.

Let's un not forget how he gained his power: Through his passion.

When Queen questions him about being a cyborg, and his leg igniting itself being a machine, to which he responds with "I'm all human [...] The heat of my passion... Surapasses the temperature of flames".

He considered himself a normal human, common fig, but at the same time, his passion willed onto him power. This is his first step towards De-judge-ification.

Religion argument part 1: Christianity and The Devil.

Diable Jambe, Diable, the Devil. In Christianity, an angel named Luficer who rebelled against God and was cast out of Heaven and became an outcast of the angels, he left his family of angels and went by the name of Satan.

Sound familiar?

In an ironic way, the crying masked kid who defied his father by simply cooking, was casted out of the royal palace of Germa 66, becoming an outcast of the Vinsmoke family and thus cut ties with his family name.

Devil is depicted as the one who temps humans to sin, and Sanji is nothing but a sinner... at least in thought... fucking pervert. Love him tho.

Now let's move forward a bit...

Narrative argument part 2: Blue.

Sanji's second power up was Ifrit Jambe, igniting his leg with Blue flames.

• The same color as his elder brother Niji (#2).

Niji is associated with blue hair, a blue-themed suit, and blue colored powers.

The name "Niji" means "rainbow", which in Japanese folklore, rainbows are sometimes seen as bridges that connect the human world with the realm of gods or spirits. Shout out to the coming of gear 5 Luffy. It also symbolizes hope.

In any case, after having awakened his Germa powers, going through his inner conflict while fighting Queen, debating on which version of himself would serve Luffy the mosts, a regular human who is powerless against women, or a cruel cold emotionless Warrior of Science who can crush monsters like Queen on command...

He makes the decision...!!!

To do neither.

He decides to accept what's happened up until that point, and takes his second step toward De-judge-ifying himself, by breaking his suit, leaving Germa officially behind, and leaving his most perverted self behind.

He had to make a choice in the angle of life, where he had a chance to... on one end become an emotionless machine, and in the other a powerless simp... bro chose to be the bisector. My math bros will either really like that or hate that. No in between. Get it? Okay I'll shut up.

Anyway...

Religion argument part 2: Islam and Ifrit.

Let's keep this short and sweet.

Ifrit jambe, Ifrit...Ifrits are believed to have been created by Allah from smokeless fire.In Islamic tradition, they are created with free will, just like humans, and they can choose to be good or evil.

I think we are going somewhere with this now, aren't we?

Narrative argument part 3: Yellow.

You might have guessed it but yeah, Sanji's last power up will be yellow flames.

Yellow.

His color.

The color of positivity, success and of the golden number one.

This power up will symbolize Sanji's final detachment from Judge and his complete transformation into his own Number One.

Completely separate and detatched from his brothers and father.

The transformation from red (Ichiji/worthlessness) to blue (Niji/hope) to yellow (success) could represent a rainbow formed by the three primary colors.

And so, the journey of the diable comes to an end...

Agni is a prominent deity in Hindu mythology who is closely associated with fire.

The God of Fire

...and is often depicted as a divine being.

Agni is believed to be a mediator between humans and the gods, carrying offerings from the earthly realm to the divine realm.Agni is not a devil-like figure; rather, he is a revered and essential deity in Hinduism.

Symbolizes transformation, purification, and the power of fire in both its creative and destructive aspects.

In addition, Agni could be seen as having a connection with Surya (in Hindu, God of the Sun) lying in the concept of fire as a representation of the suns energy.

And so, the son of Sora, Son of the Sky, Sanji, the cook, who brings food in the same fashion to the mice on the earth and to his captain, who is the fucking Sun God.

Let me reiterate:

• transformation
• purification
• The power of fire in both is creative and destructive.

Kind of fitting for a final power up on his way to purify himself of the Vinsmoke contamination. Gotta love the creativity aspect being that it is associated through Luffy as freedom. It coming in from the religion side of things, makes it all the better.

Which in truth, I'd love to know how it's actually pronounced by a native Japanese speaker, but in my mind, sounds a lot like Agony. Which sounds cool.

It sounds cool and all but here's something I came up with, just for shits and giggles, but I'd love it if yall are open to discussing this in the comments just for the sake of it, whether you agree or not, just to brainstorm and ping pong ideas of each other to try to see if the pieces of the puzzle actually fit.

I love that the color ladder goes red, blue, then yellow, and as do the admirals, which could mean there's an endgame battle between Kizaru and Sanji lurking.

I’ve got a theory that Kizaru’s awakening is a supportive style empowerment of a target or blessing of some sort. Not gonna say straight up possession but more like a power up for allies. Lucci’s bubble about having some sort of power duo in fighting now that Kizaru is there makes little to no sense in how a long distance mix-up kicking character can be a good duo fighter with the all-in bloodthirsty style of Lucci’s fruit and attitude. My guess is that Kizaru will interact with Lucci giving him some sort of light-speed prowess that will give him extra rythms with his thrill of the hunt attitude and that his prowess will be enhanced dramatically with even faster reaction times and aggressions. Thoughts?

At this point morgans holds all the cards. He literally can shake the world and WG to its core with his words and news. However I think he’s looking for the right moment. Right now Morgans is on the edge with the government due to defying them from refusing to take a bribe to censor what happened at the reverie. How rich are the straw hat?

Well if you count the treasure that they took from thriller bark maybe at least 200,000 berri.

But that was before the time skip. And the strawhats went through several arcs and sagas. So the amount may have dwindled. And given Luffy’s monstrous appetite and the funds to pay all the food it’s possible. Thing is we have t really seen the strawhats spend any money. Well I’m the reunion arc they may have used it for supplies to the New World, but I doubt that it made a dent in the berri. Plus fishman island they got lots of free food and stuff and didn’t bother worrying about expenses. Later in punk hazard using money was non-existent due it being a no man’s land. DressRosa didn’t see much either though Luffy and his gang ate at a restaurant, but later the sunny and I assume the berri were kept there left when the crew split. Zou doesn’t appear to use any currency. And Whole Cake only saw Luffy stealing food. Though maybe it accumulated in Wano, though I doubt they took any treasure and only accepted supplies.

I am about to cook here:

Zoro will kill Saturn on Egg head because he has the Will of D. The reason I say this is because Egghead is a reflection of Sabaody. In Sabaody Zoro was going straight for the neck of St. Charlos and multiple pirates commented on Zoro's blood lust. Therefore he is going to kill Saturn.

The next reason I say this is because Zoro is a reflection on Ryuma who was known as a dragon slayer. What happens if Zoro kills a celestial dragon? He becomes a dragon hunter, no longer a pirate hunter.

The real reason I say this is because is all because of Zoro's bounty poster. He is the only straw hat who's bounty poster hasn't gone through significant changes and we know Oda has foreshadowed multiple major plot points in bounties. It also still rubs me the wrong way that most straw hats have gone through some sort of title change, except Zoro. When the post Wano bounties were released, there was a mistake in Zoro's bounty and it officially got fixed. This was not some translation error, it was a printing issue, and it officially got changed. Why would Oda care about that? Because he is telling us something. Zoro's fixed bounty is 1,111,000,000. If you put Zoro's bounty (1111000000) into a binary code it comes out to ð. If you translate this to english it means D. Oda has foreshadowed MULTIPLE TIMES through the bounty posters. Why would this not happen now? Zoro has the Will of D because of this foreshadowing in the bounty poster. We will get this confirmed in Egghead, and I wouldn't be surprised if this confirmed in chapter 1111.

How would they find out that they are related?

We don't know how much does Tashigi knows about her family lineage and we don't even know her family name. Her knowing about her family's lineage isn't unlikely but still how would that havee her speculating that Zoro might be related to her?

Even if somehow they find out, I don't think it would matter much or at all to them.

I've had that little thought/theory that the D. are the guardians of the Poneglyphs and such, of history. Their rise means the void century will finally be revealed and that knowledge will change the world.

It only just recently occurred to me that Christianity is a real thing in the world of One Piece.

And the one person wearing a sort of Christian attire that stands out the most early on is Mihawk. The cross around his neck serves as a miniature knife that he presumably named, bought, or made for himself.

The crosses significance as an item is typically associated with one of the core identifiers of the Christian Faith. That being Christ's death on the Cross and Ressurection.

I'm willing to spitball and just completely tinfoil theory here but I believe Mihawks up bringing was in a rather Christian/Catholic environment. And I think this played a major influence

The first being obvious. I believe Mihawk genuinely believes or still believes in the faith. As typified when he tested Luffy and exclaimed to himself to test and see what "fate" had in store for Luffy. Which is not something someone would typically say if they didn't believe in a higher power.

The second is less so obvious and is probably the most impactful influence in regards to Mihawks development. His eyes. In one of the guidebooks its stated that Mihawks eyes were like that of a devils. Having eyes like that in a religious environment or background can put you on the receiving end to an unwarranted level of prejudice and superstition out of fear. So it's likely that Mihawk was treated rather poorly growing up and took up sword skills to defend himself. But because of his religious background and or his mentor at the time probably being religious, there's usually with that a strict discipline towards bearing the cross and putting to death such actions deemed as sinful like needlessly hurting people. A bit of a warped sense of morality but still one nonetheless

I believe this is why Mihawk despite his status is usually pretty reluctant to fight anyone seriously. Usually out of a swordsman courtesy, duty/belief, or if he feels the person truly deserves it. Zoro, Luffy, and Don Krieg respectfully

Likewise Mihawks attire could either be a self conscious reflection on the way he was depicted growing up amongst his appears and he chose to adopt that because it's part of what made him who he is today, or it could be completely subconscious in the same manner and he just likes the clothes unironically but deep down the reason for that is because of his childhood trauma.

Look at the spread panel here if I hadn't known any better it's as if Mihawk is praying. Maybe he was internally. What would he be praying for? Could be forgiveness, could be simple praise. I mean he did murder a bunch of pirates due to what seemingly was his impulse getting the better of him here. This could be considered rather sinful or maybe he felt that he had gods righteousness in this situation. We don't quite see him do something like this except for a similar time when the Marines Hunted him down after the abolishment of the Warlord system, to which the news initially seemed to excite Mihawk. When Mihawk was embarking on his journey to become the world's strongest swordsman he was known as a Marine Hunter. Perhapse the town or city he grew up was a Marine Base or a place sanctioned by it, and the scorn that Mihawk recieved growing up came predominantly from either Marines themsleves or people affiliated with them. It wouldn't surprise me in the least but considering Admirals or other members of the Marines views of justice can come across as rather fanatical. It would be quite the interesting to see Mihawks controlled and discipline upbringing in the form of religion creating this sort of duality to Mihawks character whose grown up to be quite bloodthirsty deep down. If everything what I'm saying ends up being true

Yoru and his cross blade could also have very well been handed down to him by his previous mentor who has the same background. Or Mihawk made/found (painted) Yoru and his cross blade and or the boat he sailed on as a homage to his belief.

Prediction for Kuma’s race:

Based on how the Seraphim utilized the lineage factor from Giants and Lunarians (2 of the 3 races that Big Mom has yet to “collect”), it would make sense that the star eyes came from the third race that has yet to be introduced. Based on Vegapunk’s history with Kuma, I believe that the star eye lineage factor came from the former warlord, as Bonney said that he is from a special race.

The D stands for dream or dreamer.
Notice how every D is very open and willing to help anyone with their dreams, and they seem to do whatever they can to follow their own dreams. The will of d is the will of dreams.
It fits with Saul, helping robin fulfil her dream of friends, ace and his dream of having family, even garp despite having Luffy not be a marine is not doing anything to stop him from fulfilling his dream.
The reason gol d Roger was early was because he didn't have the dream of being king of the pirates, he even said he doesn't want the name, yet that is luffys dream exactly (yes theres the thing after his dream, but that's after , the dream is king of the pirates and finding the one piece)

In regards to 1092+. So I know that the goal for the straw hats is too escape from egghead island. But the only real way to escape is to stop kizaru, well the only way to do that fr is beating him barring being called off or some stupid shit like a bubble gun. So how would you guys feel if in the fight with kizaru, Luffy basically realizes that he isn’t going to be able to leave with the crew so he tells everybody to flee and head for elbaf and he and zoro will handle kizaru and lucci and meet up with them after the fact. So then we would get a legit full fight between K/L & Z/L. The way that they would escape is potentially the grand fleet showing up to take on the marine armada and vice admirals and they catch a ride on one of the ships post battle. Saint Garcia’s part could be handled by the blackbeard pirates involvement in the arc.

Thoughts? Zoro doesn’t have to be there if his battle with lucci is much quicker. This is how I feel it could play out with it also being big enough for a “shaking of the world” event.

Ok so i've been trying to wrack my brain around Chopper's devil fruit and I looking at how the 3 other human human fruits are all based on some form of legendary/mythical creature (i think human human big monk is supposed to be benkai but correct me if im wrong)
And yet what mythical creature changes shapes? Looking up shape shifters in mythical folklore from around the world there arent really many out there. So of course i did the obvious thing and thought of tanuki being the big ones in japanese folk lore but chopper really does not match the characteristics of a tanuki personality wise ontop of the fact kin'emon already has the tanuki's signature ability of a tanuki where they would take small items and transform things into something else.

But when i looked deeper into tanuki's lore i found something quite unexpected.
I found a yokai that- "...are less famous as yōkai than other shape-changing animals. As they live in the mountains, generally far from human society, they are not encountered as frequently as other animal yōkai."
"They are shy, and do not like to be seen by or interact with humans. Unlike other, more careless magical animals, the few who live amongst human society take great care not to betray their true nature in any way."

So I've been seeing the foreshadowing about the sun god vs black beard and a lot of things that say luffy will fight black beard and throughout the story till now gomu gomu no mi and Mera Mera no mi are intertwined not just the characters who use them but the fruits as well.
And then when gear 5 was released in the manga we saw the coloured panels with bright yellow-orange flame like hair and something tells me that gear 5 is partial Awakening of luffy and to completely awaken the Nika form luffy needs the mera Mera no mi as well .

The Ancient Kingdom’s name is “Lunaria - Kingdom of the Devils”

Oda likes to make references to religious beliefs and christianity is very much among them (Adam and Eve trees, Holy land, Angelic winged people and Fallen angels with black wings - Lunarians).

The power struggle between the world government and the ancient kingdom could be seen as the fight between the holy angels and the evil devils, at least on the surface level but in fact we see the bad things like slavery happen in the holy land.

What I think Oda wants to show with the Ancient Kingdom is the opposite to the Holy land Mary Geoise, and that would be an evil kingdom of supposed “Devils” but in fact they are a truly joyous kingdom with plenty of freedom, a kingdom of pirates.

Labeling the Kingdom as “Evil” could be something the World Government did to turn the world against the Ancient Kingdom and what ultimately led to their demise.

“Devil fruits” in essence I think have nothing to do with the Devils at all but in fact are a technologically advanced invention by the Ancient Kingdom that got labeled “Devil Fruits” by the World Government.

Why would the name be “Lunaria”? Well we have already seen a race of Lunarians which could be an important race from this kingdom. Also in Skypiea we see from the map a missing piece from the “right eye” of the skull.

While Shandora had plenty of gold and symbolized the “sun” shining bright, Lunaria would mirror it by having plenty of silver and symbolize the moon and be gloomy dark.

This is mostly headcanon, but I am having trouble arguing it out of my head and maybe someone smarter than I am can help. There was a post today that enhanced my theory so I want to know what people think.

Imu has the logia fruit for time.

This fruit can create dilations in time as they please where they can view the various fates of the world and choose which one is best for them essentially controlling the fate of the world.

The D family is the family destined to take down Imu. They were destined to do this by the past user of Imu's fruit who would have known the fate of the world under Imu.

What this user did was displace an entire island as a last ditch effort. The island was set to return at the perfect time to take out Imu.

When Roger arrived to Laugh's Tale the log pose no longer positioned to a new island. This caused him to laugh reading the final poneglyph that states the return of the island. It may even tell Roger that he is the one destined to shake up the entire world before the islands arrival as a sort of distraction.

The final Island could be actually anything you can put your mind to, but what I like best is it is where the souls of the D are. The people that Imu can not see because they have been displaced in time before they got ahold of the fruit power.

What set this thinking off is the straw hat image where Imu is looking at a straw hat in a chamber that looks frozen possibly in time and everything since hasn't changed my mind on it.

We already have this as the toki toki fruit. Also if it is a logia it allows the idea for the island to be transformed into the power of the fruit. Which could have been accomplished with ancient weaponry or on its own

I like to think of it as the stasis fruit which would preserve the life of the user and explain the strawhat room as a stasis device.

This could explain how islands have seemingly disappeared also

There is a lot to argue about that Imu defeated the original Joyboy and then the void age resulted into it. The past user of the time fruit you mention is a far stretch and even introducing a new devil fruit. You can argue that Imu had assistance of one of the previous holders of Law´s DF and got the immortality.

I do think valuable theories can rely on Oda´s influences of the creation of the Manga. Wicky and the Strong Man was one influence but I do not think besides of a few older Japanese guys and 30ish and older German people know that show.

I do still think that the aspect of freedom in also very stretched senses is also very important to analyse the manga.

I thought as an instinct, that the Roger pirates laughed, because they might have been too early and knew they would not be part of the dawn of the new age, free of Imu and the totaliterian capitalist system. 😄

I would agree on Imu having a fruit, due to the revelation of the Gorosai having a DF, and that it kinda is opposed to the Roger ideal who did not have one and that many of the marines had sorta handpicked (what it feels like) DF that are really strong.
I do think a lot of issues people theorize upon on are the "hints" Oda gives but does not specify on, until later chapters.

Big time. Theory crafting is half the fun of reading the manga for me. I am stuck on thinking about how god in many religions has a direct opposite that attempts to destroy everything he has created. Through what I understand, it isn't although there might be a possibility that Dragon integrated the Freedom Fighters into the Revolutionary Army seeing that he was the leader of the FF.
In chapter 1066, Shaka mentioned that Dragon, Ivankov and Kuma founded the RA within a year after the Ohara incident.
