There's no way to unlink the nintendo account from bethesda account using the website. The trashbin icon you should press to do it is no there for the nintendo account on the website. I feel some people is going to have this problem everytime the doom/quake games are on sale on the nintendo eshop.

Just so you know, yesterday I sent them a ticket and they unlinked the nintendo account in a couple hours.

After that I could link it again by login from the games without problems, and everything worked fine in all the bethesda switch games I had problems with.

Hello, since migrating from the Bethesda launcher to Steam until today, I am unable to log into the DOOM Eternal Online Services.
I wrote with support before and did everything they told me, but eventually they stopped replying to my E-mails and left me alone with this problem.
During this waiting time I changed the hardware, but it didn't help, to this day I can't log in to the game servers.
Anyone had a similar problem, or know how to solve it?
I sent an E-mail to support again, but I don't know if they will help me or if they will blow my case again.

Okay, I'll try again. I have a small problem, namely every time I return to the Fortress of Doom, I get a message about unlocking the Unmaykr weapon. Do any of you have a similar problem? How to fix it? Here is a link from another player who has the same problem.

the game is completely unplayable for me

i used to be able to play it just fine, but now for some reason my fps drops to <20 for 30 seconds every other 30 seconds seconds for seemingly no reason? (this is ini the main menu!)

Yes steam says you “own”/“downloaded” the campaign because the game forces a full download of everything, but the campaign will be locked since year one pass is only the dlcs. Not campaign

whenever i start a mission, the game tells me to press A after it finishes loading, but then no matter what button i press, nothing happens
the buttons for cycling through tips still work just fine, and all other buttons also worked fine before trying to start a mission.

Ive been trying a ton of stuff and can not get the audio to stop stuttering in doom eternal, i get that the audio engine is buggy and all of that but ive tried updating direct x, my audio drives, changing bitrate and it does not work. any other ways to fix this?

So in the last few hrs I adjusted my sampling rate, updated every driver, removed the drivers that don't get used for audio, used Apps & Programs selection to specify which headphones/mic to use for Eternal while it was running, tried every tier of graphics, tried all the vsync options, disabling all other audio devices, and I can't get my audio to not be stuttering all over the place & missing a lot of sound effects / voice / demon sounds

Hi guys is there a kind of glitch in "the Arc complex" chapter? I've finished the level, when I used the automap to go back ad finish one of the secret encounters (pink balloon one), it said "event completed" but was practically impossible given the ammo and weapons I had... However the bar on the top right shows again the pink section active. I tried to replay the chapter but the secret encounter is not there anymore, gone. Can anyone tell what is happening?

In Epic Launcher I have: "LS-0013: Game is unable to launch". Unfortunately, no result. I also verified the graphics drivers (full delete in safe mode and clean install). A window appears briefly, but then closes. System: Windows 10 Pro (21H2); i7 7700 + 16 GB RAM; AMD Radeon RX550 (Adrenaline 23.2.1). I also tried enabling Doom3.exe compatibility mode with Windows 7.

Paradoxically, Bethesda.net linked the account with Steam, so I have a game from Epic and the developer's account is linked to Steam - and I don't have this game there. Quite a mess.

hey! i just recently finished my second playthrough of doom eternal, and i intentionally didnt grab any mastery tokens so i could get the gunslinger milestone. after finishing the game i got to completing the last few masteries i had. once i finished the last one, witch was the rocket launcher mastery, i didnt get the boom eternal milestone, neither did i the gunslinger milestone. before this, all the milestones, such as the rest of the weapon mastery milestones, witch i had completed not long before the rocket launcher milestone (besides having dinner). would anyone know why it isnt working? and possibly be able to help me? thanks!

Yeah I probably got the milestone earlier when I used that unlock all mods cheat code and still didnt get the rewards, but later on turned it off and mastered all the weapons so without cheats I've done it but I didnt get the milestone rewards neither the ps trophy

Today I felt pekish again for some DOOM action and remembered that the expansion DLCs were all included in the game version I had bought. Well a long while back, I noticed a couple things wrong with the keycard and skull emotes the server uses now

the keycards have their rightmost pixel region cut off, yet it doesn't quite make itself visible due to the way discord shows the emotes

Has anyone not had the achievement for beating the hell guards in mission 11, crucible, not unlock? I've done this fight 3 times and it refuses to unlock. I haven't had any other issues in this game so it's kind of frustrating to have gotten this far into the game getting all the collectibles and upgrading everything just for that to now break. I tried deleting and resyncing my cloud save, power cycling my console, redoing the fight, redoing the entire mission but it just won't unlock.

When i try to play my current save (doom hunter base) i can move for 5 sec and then the screen just freezes and i cant do anything (music still plays) the only fix is to open taskmanager via commands and force close the game. I did try to reinstall the game and removed stuff from steam cloud and also reconnect Bethesda stuff to remove any cloud saves that might be broken. But didn't help at all. I was just hoping for a fix from maybe new drivers for a period of time

PROBLEM: Installed the game on my PS4 yesterday, and there’s no audio voices.
Cutscenes work as intended, but no in-game voices are present; not even in the intro, the whole thing is just mute and the only thing you can hear are your shotgun’s blasts and demon growls.

THINGS I’VE TRIED: doom_slayer
*- Restarting the Ps4.

  • Allowing the game to download completely, it’s had over 24hs to fully install.
  • Changing the systems language.
  • Messing around with the audio settings, tried every possible combination.
  • Checked reddit and other forums for answers, nobody seems to have a definitive hot-fix.
  • YES, I know which audio is supposed to be present as I’ve seen clips from the game’s intro, audio files are missing.
  • YES, I know the Slayer doesn’t talk.
  • No, playing with subtitles is not debatable, I payed full price for this thing.*
    I need assistance here, I’ve payed for a game and I can’t even follow up on its story.

P.D.: I’m aware my tone is not ideal, but I’ve been treated as an idiot upon presenting my problem on this servers chats, and so I want to leave no room for miss interpretation.

Im so confused on where the cheat code activation thing is within the game. Ive looked everywhere in main menu and on the mission select but I dont see the cheats. I unlocked the onslaught cheat on mars and still havent found where to activate them. Any advice is helpful

I bought doom eternal a day or 2 ago on steam and im having an issue where the game will run fine for a couple of minutes (60 to 80ish fps) and all the sudden the game will drop to under 20 fps, i think the strangest part is when i played the game through game pass it worked fine. just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue and if they managed to fix it?

hi, need help with a technical issue, i have an AMD Radeon RX 5500xt and the game keeps causing driver timeouts whenever I launch the game, my gpu drivers are updated (23.5.2), and I have tried everything to fix the problem,
I have,
-verified integrity of game files
-uninstalled gpu drivers with DDU and reinstalled then
-reinstalled the game
Anyone else have any suggestions?

MIGHTY DOOM has a problem when you can't use the secondary weapons and can only use the primary and ultimate weapons. Secondary weapon are permanently disabled throughout the run.

I have a problem with the sound in doom eternal, basically when I open the game the sound is normal when the logos are presented, but the moment the game title appears, the volume automatically goes up to 100% and the sound quality goes down remarkably, this only happens when i use bluetooth headphones, without them it sounds normal with the pc speakers

Excuse the repost, but I figured this channel was better to ask in. I just redownloaded Eternal on my newer rig. For some reason the default cursor sensitivity speed is hella slow in the menus. I got all of the doom 3's on steam, and there is two of which, when I try to play, asks for some sort of key, and I can't play without said "Key"

On your steam library, right click on Doom 3 and Doom 3 (Roe) and then click on "CD key" for each one

It should then show you the CD key for each one respectively

hello, so i got doom eternal during the steam sale and it just wont let me play the base story. when i try to play the campaign it gives me an ad for the game with a button that says "go now" and if i click on that it just takes me to the front page of steam. I have even tried buying the DLC to see if that lets me play the game but no luck. So this has been an issue since i've gotten the game, For some reason whenever I boot up doom eternal while mmy internet is connected the audio dosnt work, And I mean all audio, all audio from the game and also all things open on my desktop. However for some weird reason and I just found this out today, but the only audio that works is the test option when you choose a voice for the text to speech chat setting.
I've decided to try and find out why but nothings come up that works. I don't know why it doesn't like when I am connected to the internet but it does, Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening and why the only think I can hear is the test text to speech?

I'm not sure if anybody else is getting this problem. I'm trying to learn how to speedrun Doom Eternal, and I learned how to do the Slope Jump using the scroll wheel. Unfortunately, I don't have a scroll wheel I can unlock, so my jumps aren't really that high (Though much higher than normal). I downloaded the macro for this, and it really doesn't seem to do anything at all. It doesn't make sense to me because I CAN do a slope jump without the macro, but when I use the macro, which is supposed to work the same way, it just does a normal jump.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

So uh I used to play Eternal in ps4, and I got my Bethesda account there, now I just got the ps5 and I could buy doom with it, but when I try to log in with my username and password it keeps saying it’s incorrect tho I used both of them to get into the Bethesda website. I even logged in Eternal in ps4 and it works normally and tells me I have my current gmail there, but when I keep the username and get a new password it still says it’s incorrect, is there anything apart from contacting support that I can do or something that I’m doing wrong? (Id appreciate help 🙏)

hey folks, i had the hankering to revisit 2016 since getting a brand new monitor that can do 4k 240hz. however, i'm having constant problems with black screen crashes in 2016. either the map will load up and i'll be able to play for a bit and then it freezes and crashes (and often takes my monitor with it!) or it will crash upon first camera movement when spawning. i'm not sure what's causing it. i can't find any crash logs but event viewer has a WER file related to it. i tried vulkan and opengl, both crash. i've also tried disabiling razer chroma, turning off razer synapse along with almost every other background app and replacing the chroma library with a dud. anyone have any ideas?

Also calls from vega and Samuel Hayden only come up for like half a second and then disappear

Could be the PS5 is too much for Doom 2016 with the Hardware. I'm not sure if it is optimized like Eternal, and whether a patch will be released for it. Does it have any other issues besides graphics?

Hm. Could be on Bethesda's end or possibly with Sony - a system update that might've changed something. Could be a save file issue/hidden setting on PS5. Not sure what is the cause of it. Have you contacted Sony and Bethesda about this?

I have doom 2016 installed on a ssd and chroma turned off but I kep getting really bad stutters, the used to be small but they have only gotten worse. okay so i need help because this bullshit is really pissing me off. so i have no internet at home, no big deal. so i beat doom eternal getting every single collectible and when i got back online NONE of the achievements synced. (xbox one) ive done this with other games and they always sync although for doom eternal its been days and NOTHING has synced. online, i found that this is the work of bethesda not fixing this bug and the “only” way to get those achievements is to delete your entire game save data and start all over again. this is annoying as fuck and fuck bethesda for not fixing this. does anyone know if theres any other way to get those achievements? like, if i killed the khan maykr in replaying a mission will the “kill the khan maykr” achievement go through?

it's devils chance a game counts towards the triumph count, and series progress is all over the map; says i've only got 2, but the rank is up to speed at 4, my hot streak keeps regressing itself. went to be the other night with 2 wins, came back to non. won to matches, but it removed them after leaving teh results screen, and one loss registered as a streak break.

I've come in the hopes of receiving tech support

When I'm trying to launch DOOM 64 - specifically the remastered Steam release by Nightdive Studios -, the game crashes immediately. The crashlog mentions that The memory could not be read. Funnily enough, this isn't the first time I'm running into this error. However, the last time this was a problem it was caused by (or at least related to) the absurd framerates that this game could be run at on my main system, which was several hundreds to above 1k. This time on my laptop, though, the game crashes even before a single frame or window is drawn to my screen.

I have issues with entirely unrelated games as well. I'm mentioning this because I had suspected that the issue was with Vulkan, so I asked a friend of mine to make a clean install of DOOM 64 on her machine, set up a fresh kexengine.cfg with the setting to use OpenGL, and then send me that file. I've put it where I think it belongs, which is in /../../../../Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1148590/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/Nightdive Studios/DOOM 64/, but sadly that didn't help me at all. The game still crashes before I even see it opening.

Perhaps the experimental build you have right now is busted if it suddenly works
