I’ve gotten this, for me it was because Eternal was trying to use my AMD Ryzen graphics card instead of my RTX 2060. Quick fix is to go to Device Manager click display deactivate and reactivate the AMD card and fixed. If it does it again just do the fix again hope this helps.
