i don't mind mee6, but there's definitely features i'd like that other bots have to eliminate the need for those bots.. carl-bot's logging is pretty decent (i use auttaja for invite logging though so i can see where invites come from) and shows purged messages unlike mee6 which is a feature that might be needed and the automoderation is a bit weird. some sort of feature like autofeed (carlbot) or a reminder/timer thing you can set to where it announces something every x hours/minutes to @role would be nice if it doesn't exist already (havent found one)
i hope i don't come off as condescending or rude.

the main thing i even use mee6 for is levelling tbh.. that's literally it. and welcome messages. music's fine but people never use mee6 for it they usually just use a diff bot tho

Hi Sil, I can see that atm mee6 does not have any auto responder and had a look in #┃upvote-suggestions and couldn't find a suggestion for it but did find a few convo's about in this channel. Just wondering if this is a feasible thing and might it be coming to mee6 sometime in the future?

Another suggestion is could there be a option on the custom commands to not require the bots prefix to be used before the command so the users can just type some keywords to get a response from the bot. I know this is sort of similar to a auto responder but i thought I'd throw it as a way a auto responder could be implemented.

The "Delete command usage" only deletes the users command at the moment. The idea would be to add a fixed duration for when the users and bots messages are deleted. For example, you set up a fixed duration of 1 minute, you type !rank and the then your message and the bots message is deleted after the 1m of the command being sent.

Best bot overall for your server in my opinion. One of my main suggestion would be to make the music plug in more dynamic. Insert features like special effects, allow links from more music platforms (something I would definitely pay a a bigger premium price). The music control is already one of the best, being able to see the music on the dashboard is a great add on, but it's missing a little more if you will.

A rather niche idea for gaming community's specifically but something I;m sure other community's can get behind: Some sort of time zone converter plugin. For example if User A sets their time zone to GMT+0 and then says "lets play a few rounds at 6pm" the bot reacts to that msg as it contains a time and then when another User B reacts to that msg they get the converted time for their time zone sent either to their DMs or to the server where the msg originated (customizable through the dashboard maybe)

Another suggestion i have for a feature is repeating msgs, not just some sort of auto msg plugin but something that sends a msg every x amount of msgs that get sent. the x amount can be customizable on the dashboard or via just a bsic command

Hey everyone, hope you are doing great! I would like to leave a suggestion for MEE6 twitter integration.

I want to use the twitter integration but with only specific tweets (specific hashtags or words) instead of everything an account tweets. In order to do that, I need to do a twitter search. I have done this in the past with IFTTT and webhooks in discord. I think it would be very nice to have this in the twitter integration with MEE6 to centralize all in one bot instead of using multiple webhooks and integrations.

Premium Server Event Scheduler

The bot "YAGPDB.xyz" has an amazing event scheduling tool.
It shows who signed up (saying that they plan to go), has the event time showcased in every users' local time, and has a 30 minute & starting reminder via dm to all participants.

Mee6 will allow for it to be done through the custom bot. While also potentially having more stability. As that feature for that bot can often run 5 minutes behind (It's a free feature there).

Maybe you could go a step or two further. Allowing users to automatically assigned a temporary role once the event starts. That can allow them to automatically see sensitive information to the event. Especially useful when an event is limited to a certain number of people. It's an option unfortunately unavailable with the other mentioned bot. For simpler users, it can simply just be used to @tiny coyotefy them that the event has started (useful if they have DMs turned off).

Hi, my suggestion is : create a global temprole who is gived with reaction , command are so hard for users, when the user click on the reaction, the role is gived and give access to channel and other.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.
