If you're referring to the 50% XP boost with MEE6 Pro, that will work on all servers with MEE6 in them as long as the Admins in that server haven't disabled the Pro XP boost (which Premium server owners can do if they wish).
Only Admins in that server would know if the Pro boost is disabled or not.

Alternatively, an individual support representative or administrator would need to enable it themselves for the user through the ticket channels permission.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

Hello @onyx cobalt, I’m assuming you’re talking about MEE6 Pro? If so, you’ll get an additional 50% XP boost for servers that have this enabled for pro subscribers.

Regarding a channel, this isn’t something MEE6 offers through the dashboard for pro subscribers.

If you’re talking about Nitro, you won’t unlock an additional 50% XP boost, but if the server has benefits for server boosters, you can unlock a personal channel. We currently don’t offer any benefits to Nitro subscribers here, just a pretty cool role.

The timezones are based of Continent / state (e.g. America / New York). So try searching for this or the closest to where you are.

I believe in America, Eastern Standard Time is currently EDT, not EST (due to daylight savings time).

As i stated, you can simply type America in and choose the area you are in. Mee6 does this so it can use the city you are in - which also will automatically transfer between daylight savings times and regular times.

Server boosters automatically get a server booster role. That's a Discord feature.
You could use Automations to announce they boosted when they gain the booster role.

I need help with something I can’t figure out. My senior mods and mods can’t command my custom Mee6 bot to warn people, or ban them. They can’t get any commands other than Levels and rank and stuff, I’ve googled and made sure they all have the proper perms, and they still can’t do it.. I’ve also set up the commands in Mee6 to deny all roles except the mods, and allow in all channels, and it still doesn’t work

Hello @wide tide, if you have the MEE6 custom bot, you’re more than welcome to use this to remove the alert and bio description. Unfortunately, if you don’t have the custom bot plugin, this won’t be possible. However, the profile picture should be removed soon, but there’s no specific date available yet.

To remove the /mee6-games command, head to Discord integration and disable it for everyone (see the embed below). 👇

Transferring Premium Subscription

You currently have 2 ways of getting your premium transferred:

1 - Using the direct link

2 - Visiting the server with premium

• Visit https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/ -> open the server with premium -> click on premium tab
• Now, you just have to select Transfer premium subscription to another server

At the moment, it won’t be possible for users to choose custom button colours because Discord only supports four options: Blurple (Primary), Grey (Secondary), Green, and Red.

This is a limitation of Discord’s API, so custom hex colours or extra styles aren’t possible. However, you’re more than welcome to leave it in #〉suggestions in case it becomes possible in the future.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with the wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.
