How to know that the server enabled it !?

To my knowledge, there's no way to check which servers have it enabled vs which ones don't, so you might just have to ask someone in the server if it's enabled there or not
From personal experience, most servers I'm in have it enabled though, and only a select few have it turned off

Yes, MEE6 Pro is the one with +50% XP in servers with it enabled. The only reason why I was mentioning making sure you have the correct subscription is because it's common for people to confuse the two and accidentally purchase the other one instead
