Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website

I'm not looking here very often, but with the recent events I've decided to share my opinion with all of you here. MEE6 was already involved in multiple dramas accused of many bad things and generally had a mid reputation, but now, im my personal opinion, dividing the Premium plans into several smaller DLCs, each costing less or the same as the Premium plan, just made everything worse. Before that we had a good, mostly affordable option to expand our bot's possibilites, but now, having to pay almost 900 dollars for some functions that we can find on many other bots for absolutely free, I'm almost 100% sure that the interest in your Premium plans will drop significantly. I won't be lying if I tell you that I'm completely ashamed by that turn of events. I know that having one bot doing everything is cool, but having to pay so much money for it makes it completely unaffordable and has no sense, at least for me. I won't be judging anyone, but I think you should seriously rethink this decision.

Mee6 has a filter where only one message sent per minute, can count towards a user's level/rank. This is something built in that prevents users from spamming your server to farm experience. This is why you might see that the message count on the leaderboard and the message count within your server might not match up. Mee6 only counts the messages that can go towards a user's level/rank.

Unfortunately at this time, there is no variable for a users message count and there is no way to adjust the spam filter mentioned, but feel free to suggest it in #〉suggestions

An easy fix should be giving the ”everyone” role permissions to attach files. This will allow everyone to send images in any ticket they create.

Hey. Unfortunately there's no plugin that supports "counting".

One workaround that came to my mind is setting up different economy items for each drop ( red, green, blue, white, no drop ) and buying one item for each drop.
This way you can see the summary of every drop looking into your item inventory.

The reason why some of your servers might have it and not others is that you had that specific feature enabled before it became premium.

Keep in mind that you can continue to use it for free as long as you do not disable it. If it gets disabled, even by accident, you will no longer be able to enable it unless you apply a premium subscription to that server.
