Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:

Elon Musk changed Twitter API a few weeks ago and it broke the Twitter feed feature. He’s trying to stop the free use of Twitter API data. MEE6 haven’t yet been able to make a fix work. Since they’ve not removed that notice you sent, it’s not fixed.

Another bot which provides feeds from Twitter has managed to make it work but only for people who pay Premium. They couldn’t roll out a fix to the free users so the free users have no feeds either. It’s impacted every bot with a Twitter plugin.
