Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

My custom bot uses the text-davinci-003 OpenAI python library, so it's not getting much interruption from ChatGPT's site protection, but then it lacks a conversational context, but so does /ask-gpt

if you sign up for openai e.g. beta.openai.com and create an organization / account, you can create API keys to use in such a way, so long as there's some type of rate limiting or request limiting in place it does pretty well. I've only got about $0.50 of usage for upwards of about 100-150 requests using it so far. it is the most expensive engine, but it's not related to chatgpt. if they're using the chatgpt API endpoints, then that's $$$$, and may lead to a more convolutional learning type neural network with response feedback and such

@wild shoal If you'd like to disable the ask-gpt global command, there's 2 things you can do.

Slash Command (MEE6 Bot Only)
You need the Desktop version to edit this.

• Go to your server settings on Discord.
• Go to Integrations -> MEE6 -> /ask-gpt.
• Turn it off and save.

Prefix Command (MEE6 & Personalised Bot)

• Go to your server settings on Discord.
• Go to AutoMod.
• Add a new Custom Keyword Rule.
• Add !ask-gpt and set it to Block message.

As per the rules, swearing isn’t allowed and from what I’ve just seen, you used a swear word but used symbols to bypass the filter and self-censor it which isn’t allowed, so a colleague issued a warning for it 👍🏻
