On the reaction roles, the ability to make it to where you can get multiple roles is acting up. It says it's saved, but when you go back to the server and try, it will still try to remove the roles after choosing a new one. Had a few admins on my server try and change it, but to no avail.

A few days ago you mentioned that you have fixed the issues with the statistics feature counting too high. It worked correctly for almost 2 days, but since last Monday almost every role I let MEE6 count is shown with too many members: 3 instead of 2, 8 instead of 5, 205 instead of 199. Sure. I activated several statistics and most of them show too high numbers. For example, at the moment there are 200 human users and 8 Bots on the server. The statistic for bots shows correctly 8 bots, the statistic for humans shows 206 users, so in sum it is 214 instead of 208 (6 too many). Another example is the count of role numbers. There are 5 admins, 2 moderators and 182 users on the server (one role per person, numbers taken directly from the Discord server menu). The Stats plugin shows 8 admins, 3 moderators, and 184 users. In sum these are also 6 too many.

It will delete 1 less messages than specified, i'm guessing because it deletes the interaction response as well.

• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
• Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role

Sync Permissions overrides the "Only bot masters, moderators, and users connected to the temporary voice channel will be able to read and send messages in the associated temporary text channel" setting

This allows everyone who is given permission to view the hub channel/category has access to a temporary text channel.

Possible solution: Have an option to sync the text channel, voice channel, or both., or neither. This way, I could deny text channels and it would pretty much solve this issue.

The custom bot isn't working for me :(
I have the bot token, it can invite the custom bot, but when it does the custom bot goes offline and the MEE6 activation switch for custom bot turns off. Attached is what the Custom Bot looks like after I turn it on, it adds the bot, and then loads, and then turns off the switch.

Hey as rem said ,you added it to mod roles but as he said Users with one of these roles are considered your server moderators and are not affected by Auto-Moderator, they are also immune to moderator commands

hey! so we had some issues with restricted media channels. posts getting deleted immediately after uploading.

I've been trying to figure out the problem for days and days. even the staff member who joined couldn't reproduce because we didn't know why is mee6 deleting their posts.

finally, I have found the reason: mee6 will delete images with capital letters in their format, for example Example.JPG will be removed but Example.jpg won't. I'm still testing the bug and checking in other servers, however if you can reproduce this please let me know here.

mee6.xyz takes up a significant amount of system resources. I tested this on both Edge and Firefox latest versions (the only browsers I have). It's basically unusable on Firefox (probably because of all the settings and extensions I have on). Edge is on default settings and no extensions. It is really slow and just barely manages to work.

Oh I have just found out that on the new interface you can’t access the settings for the now premium automod features( external links&server invites) if you have a grandfathered server for them. It just takes you to the premium tab.
You can still access the settings from the old dashboard like normal.

I was just informed by one of my server members that people can "hack" into MEE6 and use it to "raid" servers. Basically just delete everything and make them have a bad day. He wasn't able to provide proof when we asked. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

I have a custom command that sends a message to a channel based on the command "!submit" being entered,. It's worked flawlessly the past few weeks, but for the past few hour's it's now deleting the original user's message and giving them an error that they did not enter the right command. It's still sending to the other channel however.

I've verified the correct command is being sent, however the user's command + subsequent message is being deleted and they receive a message from the bot saying they must use a command, though the message still moves to the other channel.

Update: I used a work around, I turned off command-only in the channels for now

Oop. Forgot what channel I’m in. Basically, there needs to be human interaction between timers in order for them to work. No interaction=no timer response.

• You can currently only add 10 timers per channel
• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent

Note: In case you can't see any text channels when selecting the place to announce, it probably means you're logged in the wrong account.

So i disabled the plugin again, re-enabled it again, setup all the stats, waited like 1.5 hr, nothing changes, when i go on the plugin on the stat that is changed and click save it updates on disc... so i cant find what is caussing this problem 😦

The /play command from the music player doesn't play a desired song from the queue, but it adds a song to the queue which is wrong. It should be easier to use /play 5 (where 5 is the song position from the list)

Try to use !server-info
If the count there is wrong too, then kicking and reinviting mee6 may fix that, as it’s a communication issue between mee6 and discord
If the count there is correct, then it’s an issue from the stats plugin and removing/adding back the stats channel should be enough
