aloha, i'm having an issue with the fairly new feature "statistics"... i setup 6 roles counters and it says they're meant to update every 20 minutes if there's a change... i made some role changes on a couple members to test it out, and ultimately left it for 12 hours and it never automatically updated a single one... i did get it to update, but the only way i was able to do so was to go into the dashboard, select the individual role counter, not change anything and hit save

You need to use the ! prefix for custom commands at the moment as slash commands are not supported for that (I am assuming your not premium based on the fact you still have premium labels)

With temporary channels, when using the "Synchronize the permissions of the temporary channels when they are created with the permissions of the Hub category." option, any overwrites on the category for the @ everyone role is ignored completly, making the new channels visible to everyone. Any other overwrites on roles or users copy over, but not that one.

EDIT: unless the "Also use these roles to allow access to the temporary channels. They will be impacted by the !voice-* commands too." option is enabled.

Having no Allowed Roles don't block people from joining the hub (saving the hub in the dashboard actually makes it so @ everyone can view the channel), nor does it stop them from creating their own channel

Can anyone explain why boosts specifically say they're based on your server's timezone, but then aren't? It's still early Friday afternoon in US Central, yet it shows my Saturday-Sunday boost is active. To add to this confusion, the boost is definitely not active and won't actually start giving double game rewards until tomorrow morning. To take it even further, even though the dashboard seems wrong but the start time behaves right, the end time is wrong because it stops the doubles at the same time the dashboard stops showing the active boost, and that's early Sunday morning in US Central which is wrong.

This happens on anything I setup, not just multiple days, so it's an odd combination of things causing the boost to only truly be active for maybe half the time it's supposed to be.

When automatic moderation is on, for example, after 3 warnings, I say remove the member from the server, but instead of throwing it after 3 warnings, it waits at least 5-6, maybe more, please solve this situation. Finally, there is a little delay in the log. If you see this as a problem, I would like to report.

That's not a bug, it's intentional. Moderator roles just exempt them from moderation, it doesn't enable them to use the commands. You need to add your moderator roles in the list of allowed roles for the commands you want them to be able to use.

If you keep failing to logout from MEE6 website, these steps can help you:

Chrome:
1. Open https://mee6.xyz
2. Click on lock icon in address bar
3. Click on \🍪 Cookies
4. Pick mee6.xyz from the list and click Remove
5. Click Done
6. Repeat same steps for https://discordapp.com but pick discordapp.com in cookies list instead
Firefox:
1. Click the menu button ≡ and choose \⚙ Preferences
2. Click on \🔒 Privacy & Security and go to Cookies and Site Data section
3. Click on Manage Data...
4. Search for mee6.xyz and discordapp.com sites. Remove them if found
Chrome Mobile:
1. Open https://mee6.xyz
2. Tap on \🔒 icon in address bar
3. Tap on Site settings button
4. Tap on \🗑 icon under Usage and tap Clear all

Sadly, but Firefox Mobile doesn't allow to clear cookies for certain website, only clearing them for all websites. If you're ok with that:

What I was doing was making a change, hitting save at the bottom of the page (where it says I have unsaved changes), then refreshing the page about 5 seconds later to see that the changes didn’t go through.
Oh and I’m the only one that has access to the dashboard and the only one with admin access to the Discord so I can rule the other part out.

This is counter intuitive to what the dashboard tells you to do, and is clearly a bugged system. That's why I'm reporting it here. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. That, to me, means it's bugged and means posting about it in #〉bugs-reports is validated.

I don't see a popup that says Changes detected! Please save or cancel. and think "Ahh yes, I better ignore those options and refresh the page first".

It's a little frustrating to report a bug, that is clearly not the intended function, and be told how to fix the issue without acknowledgement of the bug at all.

I experimented a little. It is apparently up to the Owner Permissions (MEE6 -> Temporary Channels -> Edit Hub Settings -> Owner Permissions). If you set Manage Permissions to on, you will be kicked out of the channel.

Now that I've switched it off, everything works fine again.

Hi, we observed that in stats, when we select humans only, it also counts bots.

They didn’t send screenshots, but got a 400 error. They could create it on the old interface but when they looked at it on the new one it deleted the actions.

This is not really a bug, but a cross of a suggestion and a bug. When I add an emoji to a voice counter, when it updates it takes the emoji away. I'm using the ServerStats bot as a makeup for this, but it doesn't show online members. Could you make it not remove the emoji when updating the counter?
