a custom command with name of a builtin command.

When using the music function (24/7 and loop turned on), even while in the music channel, the bot will often stop playing music. Music is sourced from files on my webserver rather than YouTube. It often looks like this, or it sometimes shows no track playing and will show both timestamps as 0:00

• Make sure Levels is Enabled.
• Check that you do not have a banned role in the levels configuration, and that you aren't in a banned channel either.

I've encountered the following issue:
For the past two weeks, we are unable to receive notifications of people who join and leave the server up-to-date. It works in an erratic way, sometimes just messages with "left" whenever it didn't say they joined, or it doesn't show any messages at all.
The configuration for this is enabled and it had always worked smoothly in the past.
The path for this is in the webpage as follows: pluggins > moderator > audit logging > member events > member left & joined the server

I have a problem. Mee6 is above all the roles in my server. We've set up a Reaction-role thing so people can assign themselves roles and the server opens up for them. It worked when we set it up, but it stopped working recently. In the dashboard it tells me the followjng: "Whoops, it looks like I can't give one of the roles listed here. Please fix that by putting my role above all the roles listed here."
But it is the highest role in our server
The reaction role thing is active, but it isn't giving out roles.

We had a "custom" name for our mee6 set up, which was on the bottom. And completely forgot about that. We couldn';t understand why it wasn't working because the original Mee6 (with the name Mee6) was on top

This wouldn't be much of an issue except we want to disable the "!play" command so that people will stop adding their own music to the list but currently the command is needed so people can restart the bot when it stops playing.

That option isn't really what it says it is, it's worded weirdly. Though I'm not sure, I've seen a team member say it actually means don't log actions that affected bot, so messages sent by bots wouldn't get logged when deleted.

The reason it doesn't check who triggered the action is because when bots receive an event about something, such as a message deleted, it just gets the message itself, not who triggered it

Though it is possible to see who triggered it, mee6 would have to fetch audit logs every time which involves more requests to discord, and it still won't show if a bot deleted a message or the user deleted it themselves

The workaround for now is to re-enable "can have multiple", set the max to 1, save. Then edit again and turn off multiples.

that's a discord caching issue, basically where your client didn't load those users profiles. it's more likely to happen on embeds because your client usually doesn't load those if it isn't already loaded

Hi I have an issue with Mee6 for a few weeks now, don't know if it's only for me, but Mee6 sometimes misses (mee6ses haha..) some joining and leaving of members in the logs channel, it's very frustrating to check who comes and who leaves..
And when it doesn't miss the notification, it sends it 5 minutes later, before it was instant and 100% accurate
Talking about the moderation thing not the banner posted when someone joins (this one surprisingly is still working instantly)

So juste wanted to report the issue if it was known by the team 🙂
